هدف البحث إلى تقييم الدور الذي يجب أن تقوم به الجامعة لتحقيق الأمن الفكري من وجهة نظر الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتعرف الفروق في تقدير واقع دور الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وفقاً للدرجة العلمية وتقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لطلابها واستخدام منهج تحليل النظم وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (96) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة المنصورة (64) منهم بدرجة مدرس و(32) بدرجة أستاذ مساعد بالإضافة إلى (650) طالباً وطالبة بكليات وفرق الجامعة المختلفة وتكونت أدوات البحث من استبانتين: الأولى موجهة للطلاب والثانية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وقد وافق الطلاب على أسباب الانحراف الفكري بدرجة متوسطة وعلى دور المناهج في تحقيق الأمن الفكري بدرجة عالية وعلى دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس في تحقيق الأمن الفكري بدرجة متوسطة وعلى الأنشطة الطلابية بدرجة متوسطة وعلى الأساليب الوقائية التي يجب أن تتخذ لتفعيل الأمن الفكري بدرجة عالية كما كانت موافقتهم على معوقات تحقيق الأمن الفكري بدرجة متوسطة ووافق أعضاء هيئة التدريس على أسباب الانحراف الفكري بدرجة متوسطة وعلى دور القيادات في تحقيقه بدرجة عالية وعلى دور المناهج بدرجة عالية وعلى دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس بدرجة عالية وعلى دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تحقيقه بدرجة عالية وعلى الأساليب الوقائية لتحقيق الأمن الفكري بدرجة عالية وعلى معوقات تحقيقه بدرجة عالية ووجدت فروق بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس وفقاً للدرجة العلمية في تقدير دور الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري في معظم الأبعاد ما عدا بعدي: دور عضو هيئة التدريس ودور الأنشطة الطلابية وفي ضوء ذلك تم تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الجامعة في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لطلابها.
The objective of the research is to assess the role that the university should play in achieving intellectual security from the perspective of students and faculty members, Differences in the assessment of the role of the university in achieving intellectual security from the point of view of faculty members according to degree and present a proposed vision to activate the role of the university in achieving the intellectual security of its students The study sample consisted of (96) faculty members at Mansoura University (64) doctors and (32) with the rank of assistant professors in addition to (650) students in different colleges and university stages. The research tools consisted of two questionnaires: one for students and the other for faculty members. The students agreed on the causes of intellectual deviation in a medium degree and on the role of the curricula in achieving intellectual security to a high degree and on the role of the faculty members in achieving intellectual security in a medium degree and agreed on the role of student activities in a medium degree and the preventive methods that should be taken to activate the intellectual security to a high degree and they agreed to obstacles of achieving intellectual security to a moderate degree The faculty members agreed on the causes of intellectual deviation in a medium degree and the role of leadership in achieving it to a high degree and the role of the curriculum to a high degree and the role of faculty members to a high degree and the role of student activities a high degree of preventive methods to achieve intellectual security to a high degree and obstacles of achieving a high degree and found there are differences between the members of the faculty according to the degree in the assessment of the role of the University in achieving intellectual security in most dimensions, except for: the role of faculty member and the role of student activities in light of this, a proposed vision was presented to activate the role of the university in achieving the intellectual security of its students.
