|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم دراسة تأصيلية فقهية مقارنة لموضوع أثر ضيق وقت العبادة على فعل المكلف عند تزاحمها مع غيرها، وذلك من خلال بيان أقسام العبادات، ومعني تضيق وقتها وآثاره حالات المكلف معه، كما يبين كيفية تزاحمها مع غيرها، والقواعد الضابطة لذلك، والأحكام المترتبة عليه، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تضيق وقت العبادة يكون في العبادات المؤقتة الموسعة، وأنه يلزم منه تعين الوقت لها، فيقدم حينما فعل العبادة على غيرها، مالم يعارض ذلك ضرر كبير بالغير، وقد تم عرض ذلك من خلال بيان أقسام العبادات من حيث الوقت، ومعني تضيق وقتها ومحلة وأثره وحالات المكلف معه، وقواعد تزاحمه مع حق الغير، والأحكام المترتبة علية من خلال عرض نماذج من كتاب الصلاة.

|b The purpose of this study is to provide a comparative and doctrinal study on the subject of the effect of the narrow time of worship on the work of the grown man when they compete with others. This is done through the statement of the sections of worship in terms of time, the meaning of narrowing its time and its effects and the cases of the grown man. , And the provisions thereof. The study concluded that the time of worship is limited in the extended period of worship, and that it is necessary for him to set the time for it, and then he does the act of worship over others, unless it is opposed to great harm to others. This was presented through the statement of sections of worship in terms of time, Its time and place and its impact and the cases of the grown man, and the rules of contention with the right of others, and the provisions resulting from the presentation of models of the book of prayer.
