المستخلص: The current era witnesses using the concept of the state in conjunction with the announcement of terrorist organization Daash the foundation of the state in Iraq and Al Sham, saying it is “Caliphate State”. According to this background, the study seeks to answer questions on what perceptions of terrorist organization about the state are, what reasons that explain this vision are, if this vision agree with the developments of the political reality and if there is a link between the alleged practices in the state and the foundation of the concept of the state in the literature of political science. First, we will explain the vision of terrorist organization to the concept of state in thought and practice, second, a critical view of the allegations of terrorist organizations about the state.
