يهدف البحث لمعرفة متطلبات تطبيق نظام الإنتاج الخالي من الفاقد من خلال التعرف على كافة نواحي الفاقد والإسراف في المنظمات الصناعية ودعم استراتيجيات التطوير والتحسين المستمر بغرض تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ويتم تحقيق هذا الهدف من خلال دراسة بعض النظم الإدارية والإنتاجية المتطورة التي تساعد مدخل النظام الإنتاجي الخالي من الفاقد على تحقيق أهدافه، وتحديد متطلبات تطبيق نظام الإنتاج الخالي من الفاقد في بيئة منظمات الأعمال الصناعية المصرية، واستخدام مقياس كمي Fuzzy logic لمعرفة وقياس المسافة بين البدء بالعملية الإنتاجية والتشغيلية في بيئة النظام الإنتاجي التقليدي و التركيز على التطوير والتحسين المستمر لأنظمة الإنتاج الحديث وصولا للتطبيق الكامل لنظام الإنتاج الخالي من الفاقد في بيئة منظمات الأعمال الصناعية المصرية من خلال قائمة الفحص المتمثلة في التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق نظام الإنتاج الخالي من الفاقد وعلاقته بالمستوى الأول لنظام الإنتاج الممثل بمراحل إعداد العملية الإنتاجية، والتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق نظام الإنتاج الخالي من الفاقد وعلاقته بالمستوى الثني الممثل بالبدء بتشغيل نظام الإنتاج، والتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق نظام الإنتاج الخالي من الفاقد وعلاقته بالمستوى الثالث الممثل بشمولية العملية الإنتاجية، والتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق نظام الإنتاج الخالي من الفاقد وعلاقته بالمستوى الرابع الممثل بالاستمرارية في العملية الإنتاجية، والتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق نظام الإنتاج الخالي من الفاقد وعلاقته بالمستوى الخامس الممثل بالتركيز والتطوير والتحسين المستمر في العملية الإنتاجية.
