المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر التقييد والإطلاق في توجيه دلالات السياق عند ابن هانئ الأندلسي. واهتمت الدراسة بأحد شعراء الأندلس، وهو ابن هانئ الأندلسي، لما لهذا الشاعر من نضج فنّي، وشاعريّة جليّة، الأمر الذي أظنه سبباً في توظف كل من التقييد والإطلاق لدلالات ليست اعتباطية، وإنما دلالات فرضتها التجربة الشعرية الصافية التي نجدها تتوافر في خاطره عموماً. وارتكزت الدراسة على مبحثين، تناول المبحث الأول دراسة التقييد والإطلاق على مستوى الضرورات اللغوية والنحوية من جهة، وضرورات الوزن القافية من جهة أخرى. كما استعرض المبحث الثاني دراسة ما كان يحمل بصمة الشاعر الأسلوبية، على عموم السياق، ومنه ما كان مفرداً، أي لحالة واحدة من التقييد والإطلاق، ومنه ما كان حالة مكررة منهما، وكثيراً ما وزعهما الشاعر على شطري البيت. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على أن "ابن هانئ الأندلسي" من الشعراء الناضجين على سبيل تناول هذه الدلالات، لما لتجربته الشعرية من ذوق عالِ في توظيفهما. كما أوضحت النتائج أن الشاعر أفاد من أسلوب التقييد في توجيه مخيّلة المتلقّي وحصرها في حقل مخصوص، عادة ما كان يمثل نواة الصورة الشعريّة، التي تنبثق منها دلالات أخرى، حكمها الإطلاق لموطن قريب من موطن التقييد. كما أظهرت النتائج أن الشاعر أفاد من أسلوب الإطلاق في إثراء المعاني في مخيّلة المتلقّي، على سبيل التوسع بالمعنى، ممّا أضفى على أشعاره رونقاً فنياً.

The study aimed at clarifying the effect of the restriction and the freedom in directing the context connotations of Ibn Hani Al Andalusi. The study concerned one of the poets of Andalusia, the son of the Hani Andalusian, because of the artistic maturity poet, and a great poetic qualities. This was considered the reason for employing both the restriction and the freedom of signs which are not arbitrary, but implications imposed by the clear poetic experience, which we find in his mind generally. The study focused on two subjects. The first topic dealt with the study of the restriction and the freedom of the level of the linguistic and the grammatical requirements on the one hand, and the necessities of the rhyme meter on the other hand. The second topic reviewed the study of what was the bears of the style imprint of the poet, on the whole context. Some contexts was unique, i.e. one case of restriction and freedom. Some of them were a duplicate case, and often divided by the poet on both of the two lines. The results of the research confirmed that "the son of Hani Andalusian" is one of the mature poets in addressing these indications, because of his poetic experience of the good taste in their application. The results also showed that the poet reported the method of restriction in directing the imagination of the recipient and restricting it in a specific field. The core of the poetic image usually from which other signs emerge, represented in the rule of freedom to a close forte to the fortes of restriction. The results also showed that the poet benefited from the freedom method in enriching the meanings in the imagination of the recipient, in order to expand in the sense, which added the artistic elegance to his poetry..
