The study aimed at presenting a translated book entitled "Teaching for Students Learning: Be an Accomplished Teacher ". It pointed out that it is one of the reference books in the preparation and training of the teacher, which represents an enjoyable journey to prepare the distinguished teacher. This book is based on the learner and not on the teacher, and on how the teacher works to develop his students' learning, leading development, change in the classroom, and in the teaching profession in general. The book also adopted a view that teaching is inseparable from learning. It explained the need for strong interactive relationships between the curricula, teaching and evaluation in light of a cognitive background, and a strong theory of teaching and learning. Success is achieved only with the participation of teachers in the development efforts and change, bearing responsibility to ensure the quality of teaching experiences provided to students, so that these students acquire skills and knowledge suited to their future lives. In addition, the book "Teaching for Student Learning" has dealt with what the distinguished teacher can do to make sure his students' progress rather than their stumbling, and learning how to reach the level of mastery through a complex journey characterized by desire and commitment to continuous learning. The book included fifteen chapters divided into three sections that included teaching and learning in schools today, methods, models of teaching, and conditions at the school level of student learning. استهدفت الدراسة تقديم عرض عن كتاب مترجم بعنوان "التدريس من اجل تعلم الطلاب كن معلما متميزا". حيث أشار إلى انه يعد من الكتب المرجعية في إعداد المعلم وتدريبه، وهو يمثل رحلة ممتعة لإعداد المعلم المتميز. حيث ارتكز هذا الكتاب على المتعلم وليس المعلم، ومعرفة كيف يعمل المعلم على تطوير تعلم طلابه وقيادة التطوير، والتغيير في الفصول الدراسية، وفي مهنة التدريس بشكل عام. كما تبنى هذا الكتاب وجهة نظر ترى أن التدريس لا ينفصل عن التعلم. وأوضح ضرورة إيجاد علاقات تفاعلية قوية بين المناهج الدراسية، والتدريس، والتقييم في ضوء خلفية معرفية، ونظرية قوية عن التدريس والتعلم. وأن النجاح لا يتحقق إلا بمشاركة المعلمين في جهود التطوير، والتغيير مع تحملهم المسؤولية عن ضمان جودة الخبرات التدريسية المقدمة للطلاب، بما يكسب هؤلاء الطلاب مهارات، ومعارف تناسب حياتهم المستقبلية. بالإضافة إلى أن كتاب "التدريس من أجل تعلم الطلاب" قد تناول ما يمكن ان يقوم به المعلم المتميز ليتأكد من تقدم طلابه بدلاً من تعثرهم، ومعرفة كيف يصل المعلم إلي مستوى البراعة من خلال رحلة معقدة تتميز بالرغبة والالتزام بالتعلم المستمر. وتضمن الكتاب خمسة عشر فصلا توزعت على ثلاثة أبواب اشتملت التدريس والتعلم في المدارس اليوم، وطرق، ونماذج التدريس، وشروط على مستوي المدرسة لتعلم الطالب. وأخيرا اختتم الكتاب بمجموعة من الملاحظات التي تتعلق بمهارات التدريس الفعال والمعلم المتميز. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
