|a تشهد الساحة المصرفية تطورات متسارعة والتي تسببت في زيادة مخاطر أعمالها، فأصبح من الضروري على البنوك وضع نظم لإدارة هذه المخاطر بغية تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لها، غير أن المصارف الإسلامية تتعرض للعديد من المخاطر منها ما هو شبيه بمخاطر التمويل الربوي ومنها ما تنفرد به، لذا نجد أن هناك إجراءات موجهة لمعالجة هذه المخاطر تتفق مع مبادئ التمويل الإسلامي، وطرق أخرى يجب تكيفها بما يتوافق مع مبادئ التمويل الإسلامي.

|b The banking arena is witnessing rapid developments due to many factors which has increased it's sensitivity to risks, such as credit, operating, market and liquidity risks. It is necessary for banks to develop systems to identify, control and manage these risks in order to safely develop there business and competitive advantages, Islamic banks are exposed to a number of risks, including what is similar to the risks of interest-based financing, and others specific to Islamic financing like risks of compliance to the principals of Shari'ah. As a result, we find that there are ways and procedures directed to address these risks in conventional banks in accordance wif the principals of Islamic finance and other methods need to be developed and adapted to Islamic financing principals.
