هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن التطبيق على القواعد التفسيرية في مطلع سورة المائدة من أول السورة إلى نهاية الآية الثالثة. واشتمل البحث على مبحث تمهيدي وعشرة مباحث. وتناول المبحث التمهيدي تعريف قواعد التفسير وأهميته والمؤلفات فيه. بينما أهتم المبحث الأول بتحمل أوامر القرآن على الوجوب ما لم يصرفها عنه صارف. وناقش المبحث الثاني تحمل آيات القرآن على عمومها ما لم يقم دليل التخصيص. كما سلط المبحث الثالث الضوء على تبين القرآن بعضه بعضاً. وتطرق البحث الى تحمل نواهي القرآن على التحريم ما لم يصرفها عنه صارف في المبحث الرابع. وتبين السنة المطهرة للقرآن الكريم في المبحث الخامس. وناقش المبحث السادس زيادة المبني تدل على زيادة المعني.\nوتناول المبحث السابع إذا احتمل اللفظ معاني عدة ولم يمتنع إرادة الجميع حمل عليها جميعا. بالإضافة الى التعرف على الأصل في آيات القرآن الإحكام ما لم يقم دليل النسخ في المبحث الثامن. وتعدد القراءات بمنزلة تعدد الآيات في المبحث التاسع. \nوأخيرا اختص المبحث العاشر بالتأسيس أولى من التأكيد. وأشارت نتائج البحث الى أهمية قواعد التفسير لمن يقرأ في كتب التفسير. وضرورة اعتماد قواعد التفسير ضمن مقررات الدراسات الإسلامية والقرآنية في الجامعات والكليات والمعاهد كما ظهر جلياً أن قواعد التفسير تحمي التفسير من الأقوال الغريبة والشاذة والبعيدة بل تحمي كتاب الله من القول فيه دون علم. بالإضافة إلى أن للمفسرين مسلكين في تطبيق قواعد التفسير في كتبهم.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
Teh research aims to illustrate teh application of teh interpretation rules at teh beginning of Surat Al-Ma'ida from teh first Sura to teh end of teh third verse. Teh research includes a preliminary field and 10 fields. Teh introductory field tackles teh interpretation rules, its importance and its books. Teh first field tackles how teh Quranic verses are considered to be order if their is no what supersedes. Teh second field discusses how teh verses are interpreted and taken generally unless their is an evidence to particularize something. Teh third field also sheds light on how verses of Quran interprets each other. In teh fourth field, teh research tackles how teh prohibitions in Quran indicate to be forbidden if their is no what supersedes them. Teh fifth field points out dat Sunnah clarifies what is in Quran. Teh sixth field illustrates dat increasing teh verse structure indicate teh increase of verse teh meaning.\n\n Teh seventh field points to if teh word has multiple meanings dat do not contradict wif others teh word is used for all of these meanings. In addition, teh eighth field refers to identifying dat teh origin in teh Quranic verses is al Ihkam* (firmness) unless their is an evidence of transcription. Teh ninth field tackles teh multiplicity of readings according to teh multiplicity of verses. Finally, teh tenth field considers dat teh establishment is more important TEMPthan teh emphasize. Teh results of teh research points to teh importance of rules of interpretation for those who read in teh books of interpretation clarifying dat it is important to adopt teh rules of interpretation wifin teh courses of Islamic and Quranic studies in universities, coleges and institutes. It is also become clear dat teh rules of interpretation protect interpretation from strange and abnormal views preserving teh book of Allah from being interpreted wifout noledge.
