| 520 | |b Through this contribution we will examine a number of elements relating to the factors of formation, location and stability of territories dedicated to ICT, adapting a theoretical and empirical approach. In addition, we will discuss the problem of the technological parks in Algeria and, more precisely, the case of Sidi Abdellah Cyberparc. From a methodological point of view, we will first present a typology of ICT territories, we will then discuss the factors of formation and stability of the ICT clusters, before finally examining the projects of technological parks in Algeria. | ||
| 520 | |d A travers cette contribution nous examinerons un certain nombre d’éléments relatifs aux facteurs de formation, de localisation et de stabilité des territoires dédiés aux TIC, en adoptant une approche à la fois théorique et empirique. Par ailleurs, nous aborderons la problématique des parcs technologiques en Algérie et plus précisément, le cas du Cyberparc de Sidi Abdellah.D’un point de vue méthodologique, nous présenterons d’abord une typologie des territoires des TIC, nous traiterons ensuite des facteurs de formation et de stabilité des clusters TIC, avant de nous pencher enfin sur les projets de parcs technologiques en Algérie. | ||
