L’industrie pétrolière, pilier de l’économie nationale, génère certes de revenus considérables pour le pays, mais elle affecte cependant de manière négative l’environnement et la sécurité de ses salariés. Dans cet article nous allons d’abord essayer de présenter les impacts de l’activité pétrolière, en Algérie, sur la sécurité et l’environnement, puis les dispositifs mis en place par l’Etat pour les diminuer et en fin comment la mise en place de systèmes de management intégrés par les sociétés pétrolières peut-elle constituer un outil d’amélioration de leurs performances globales. The oil industry, the pillar of the national economy, generates significant revenue for the country, but it nevertheless affects the environment and the safety of its employees in a negative way. In this article, we will first try to present the impacts of the oil activity in Algeria, on safety and the environment, then the arrangements put in place by the State to reduce them and finally how the implementation Integrated Management Systems by oil companies can be a tool to improve their overall performance. |
