Dans ce papier, nous abordons l’un des dossiers clés du développement, au sein du système commercial multilatéral (SCM) ; notre problématique consiste a discuter des nouveaux objectifs de l’organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC) basé sur le traitement spécial et différencié (TSD) qui oscille entre le développement et le commerce à travers l’étude du statut juridique de l’organisation, en partant de l’immobilité exprimée a leurs égards par le GATT de 1947 a la reconnaissance de leurs différents niveaux de développement à travers l’approbation du traitement différencie en passant par les différents systèmes généralisés de préférences (SGP) In this paper, we address one of the key development issues within the Multilateral Trading System (MTS); our challenge is to discuss the new objectives of the World Trade Organization (WTO) based on Special and Differential Treatment (S & D) which oscillates between development and trade through the study of the legal status of the organization, in from the immobility expressed in their regard by GATT 1947 to the recognition of their different levels of development through the approval of differential treatment by the various Generalized System of Preferences (GSP). |
