المستخلص: Through this research paper, we aim to show the various communication processes inside and outside the community, especially since communication today plays a major role in promoting the work of the association and introducing the various activities of the association as well as easy access to customers (target groups) and achieving their satisfaction through intended social change, especially in the face of the large increase in associations on the one hand and the decrease of the promoters of associative activity on the other hand. In addition to our focus in this research on the members of the community as they are the important field in achieving the mission of the community, which requires their awareness and employment of various communication skills.

Cette recherche a pour objectif de repérer les différentes opérations communicationnelles au sein et en dehors du travail associatif. Ce dernier, dans lequel la communication joue actuellement un rôle actuellement un rôle déterminant pour le renforcer, l'étayer, et également promouvoir ces différentes activités. Devant le nombre croissant de différentes associations d'une part et son faible rendement d'autre part nous nous intéressons aux membres du travail associatif pour leur rôle primordial dans le domaine.

نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى بيان مختلف العمليات الاتصالية داخل وخارج العمل الجمعوي خاصة وأن الاتصال اليوم يلعب دور كبير في تعزيز العمل الجمعوي ومع التعريف بمختلف نشاطات الجمعية وكذا سهولة الوصول إلى العملاء (الفئات المستهدفة) وتحقيق رضاهم عبر إحداث التغيير الاجتماعي المقصود، خاصة أمام التزايد الكبير للجمعيات من جهة وانخفاض مروديه النشاط الجمعوي من جهة أخرى، بالإضافة إلى تركيزنا في هذا البحث على الأعضاء في العمل الجمعوي كونهم الحقلة المهمة في تحقيق الرسالة الجمعوية وهو ما يتطلب إدراكهم وتوظيفهم لمختلف المهارات الاتصالية.
