There is no dispute over the importance and quality of the ideas and views of the Ottomans mentioned in the modern Moroccan journeys, and their adorned descriptions, and the political, economic and social aspects of the history and civilization of the Arab States of the Topkapi Place. In this study, we examined a model of these journeys, namely Muhammad bin Othman Al-Maknasi's journey to the East, entitled as “Reaching the Almighty and the Watchful during the pilgrimage of the Holy Mosque and visit of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and Hebron and by blessings near the tomb of the Prophet (SAW)", in which he described and watched many aspects of life in the Ottoman state and some of its Arab governorates. He made this trip as Moroccan Ambassador to the Topkapi Palace. The Travelers raised historical topics that drew the attention of researchers in this field. To what extent can the “Meknasi” journey be used as a source of Moroccan and Ottoman history during the 18th century? How did the Meknasi depict the reality of the Ottoman Empire politically, socially and culturally?
