المستخلص: This article is part of Algerian manuscripts between what has been achieved and what is hoped, and the scope of the contributions of Algerian scholars and researchers in the field of manuscripts. I explore “Professor Abubakar Belqasim Daif” the son of Djefla province, who is one among those interested in this field, fond of manuscripts and has toured the entire Algerian country researching in libraries. He also undertook field trips in both the Maghreb and the Orient, especially Mecca and Medina, browsing, copying and investigating the manuscripts. Today, he owns a treasury with thousands of manuscripts, a variety of various sciences, including Algerian, Arab and Islamic manuscripts. Moreover, the Professor has many books to his credit and many are yet to be released.

يندرج مقالي هذا ضمن واقع المخطوطات الجزائرية بين المنجز والمأمول، ومدى إسهامات العلماء والباحثين الجزائريين في حقل المخطوطات، فأستعرض أحد المهتمين بهذا المجال، ألا وهو الأستاذ "أبو بكر بلقاسم ضيف" ابن ولاية الجلفة، المولع بحب المخطوطات، والذي جاب كل القطر الجزائري باحثا عنها في المكتبات والخزائن، كما كانت له رحلات ميدانية في كل من بلاد المغرب والمشرق، خاصة مكة والمدينة، متصفحا ومصورا ومحققا للواحاتها، فهو يملك اليوم خزانة تحمل بين دفاتها آلاف المخطوطات، متنوعة في شتى العلوم، بها مخطوطات جزائرية وأخري عربية وإسلامية، هذا؛ وللأستاذ عدة كتب محققة منشورة، وأخري تنتظر الإصدار.
