|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد واقع القراءة الحرة في أوساط الشباب عموماً، والشباب الجامعي خصوصا، هذه العادة الحميدة التي تشهد حالة من الانحسار والتواري بفعل ظاهرة العزوف عن القراءة التي ما فتئت تتفشى وتتسع، لاسيما مع تنامي منتجات الثورة التكنولوجية الحديثة مثل التلفاز، والإنترنت. والهواتف المحمولة، الفايس بوك، تويتر...الخ، وإذا كانت الإشكالية كذلك؛ فما هي الآليات الكفيلة بترقية فعل القراءة، وإعادة ولع الاطلاع، وشغف المطالعة إلى نفوس وقلوب الشباب. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي معتمدة على الوثائق والدراسات والملاحظة بالمعايشة لرصد مفردات الواقع المدروس. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تربية الأجيال العربية المتتابعة على أهمية الوقت وضرورة ملئه بأعمال مفيدة، وتربية الناشئة على حب الكتاب، وتنمية عادة القراءة في نفوسهم منذ نعومة أضفارهم. وتمكين الجيل الصاعد من امتلاك مهارات القراءة بما يضمن الفهم السليم والاستيعاب العميق، وتفعيل نتائج القراءة في الحياة العلمية والعملية والاجتماعية.

|b The aim of this study is to monitor reality free reading among young people generally, and young people, especially University, good habit in a State of decline and disappear by reluctance to read which continues to run rampant and accommodating, especially with the growing modern technological revolution products such as tv, Internet and mobile phones, Facebook, Twitter. Etc. If further problems, what are mechanisms to upgrade reading, re fondness and passion for reading into the minds and hearts of young people, and have used descriptive study based on documents and studies and note the chloroplasts to monitor actually measured vocabulary. The study concluded the need Arabic consecutive generations on the importance of time and need to fill it with useful work, arising on the love book, develop the habit of reading in them from adavarhm. And enable the rising generation of owning reading skills to ensure proper understanding and deep absorption, activating the reading results in scientific and practical and social life.
