L’état arabe contemporaine est il otage des problématiques suscité Comme l’état occidentale est né au détriment des crises.les arabes peuvent instaurer un état nouveau sain.la tache n’est pas facile mais possible s il y aura une volonté politique et sociale autenthique.l instauration et la construction d un état moderne puissant qui ne disparait pas par la disparition de ses dirigeants(le président Boumediene) exige l’émaillage des efforts et les sacrifices et un travail illuminé et avant tout mettre un projet que tout le monde y croit.la reforme de l’état commence par la reforme de ses institutions et ses appareils et surtout et avant tout la reforme de l homme et sa sensibilisation et l’amélioration de son existence et prendre en considération sa dignité et ses droits pour qu’il soit le premier défenseur de cet état parce il l’approprie The contemporary Arab state is hostage of the aforementioned issues ,As the Western state is born at the detriment of the crises. The Arabs can establish a new healthy state. The task is not easy but possible if there is a political and social will autenthique.l establishment and construction of a powerful modern state that would not disappear by the disappearance of its leaders (the president Boumediene) requires the mingling of the efforts and the sacrifices and an illuminated work and before all to put a project that everyone believes it. the reform of the state begins with the reform of its institutions and its apparatuses and above all, above all, the reformation of man and his sensibility and improvement of his life, and to take into consideration his dignity and his rights so that he may be the first defender of this state because he wins it. هل قدر الدولة العربية ان تبقى أسيرة الإشكالات المثارة؟ كما ولدت الدولة الحديثة في الغرب من رحم الأزمات فيمكن للعرب أن يقيموا دولة على انقاض الهموم والمعوقات. الامر ليس يسيرا لكنه ليس مستحيلا إذا توافرت النية السياسية والاجتماعية الصادقة. فبناء دولة عصرية قوية لا تزول بزوال الرجال بالتعبير البومديني يتطلب تظافر الجهود والتضحيات والعمل البصير وقبل ذلك وضع مشروع يؤمن الجميع به. إصلاح الدولة يبدأ بإصلاح أجهزتها وأنظمتها والاهم إصلاح الانسان وتوعيته وتحسين معيشته ومراعاة كرامته وحقوقه لنجعل منه في الأخير المدافع الأول عن هذه الدولة لأنه يحس أنه يمتلكها ويحس بها كما تحس به. حل الإشكالات السابقة خطوة ضرورية لبناء دولة الحق والعدل. |
