هدف البحث إلى بيان أهم الأدوار التربوية المأمولة للجمعيات الأهلية في تنمية المجتمعات العشوائية والمستنتجة من تحليل الأدبيات والدراسات والرؤى التربوية المعاصرة. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 375 عضو من مسئولي وأعضاء الجمعيات الأهلية فى محافظة سوهاج. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في إجراء المقابلات الشخصية وإعداد استبانه. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن الأدوار التربوية المأمولة للجمعيات الأهلية هي الأكثر قوة والأبعد أثراً من بين الأدوار التربوية لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني، وذلك يرجع إلى تعدد الأدوار التربوية التي تمارسها لتعدد أهدافها وتنوعها والانتشار الكبير والواسع الذي تحظي به تلك الجمعيات الأهلية وقدرتها للوصول لأبعد الأماكن بالقرى والأرياف والمناطق النائية والعشوائية والمحرومة والمعزولة والاحتكاك المباشر بكافة فئات المجتمع. وأن عملية تنمية المجتمعات العشوائية لا تقف عند توفر الاعتمادات المالية فقط بل تتطلب أن تتمشي بها التنمية المجتمعية جنبا إلى جنب مع التنمية العمرانية. وأن نهتم بالبشر وحاجاتهم ومتطلباتهم وتأهيلهم وسلوكياتهم مثلما نهتم برفع الأشغال وبناء الحجر. وأن نراعى ما يحتاج اليه سكان المجتمعات العشوائية من جوانب التنمية المختلفة قبل وضع حجر الأساس لأي مشروع تطوير أو تحسين شكلي بهذه المجتمعات. كما توصلت نتائج البحث الى أهمية الدور التربوي الملقي على عاتق الجمعيات الأهلية فى تنمية المجتمعات العشوائية دعوة ومبادرة وتمويلا وتوجيها وتنفيذا جنبا الى جنب مع الجهود الحكومية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research is to clarify the most important educational roles hoped for by the National Organizations in the development of random societies and derived from the analysis of literature, studies and contemporary educational visions. The research was based on the descriptive approach. The research group consisted of 375 members of officials and members of National Organizations in Sohag Governorate. The research tool consisted of interviewing and preparing questionnaires. The results of the research indicated that the desired educational roles of National Organizations (NO) are the most powerful and far-reaching among the educational roles of civil society institutions. This is due to the multiplicity of educational roles they practice for their multiple objectives and diversity, and the large and wide spread of these (NOs) and their ability to reach the most far places in villages, Rural, random, deprived, isolated areas and direct contact with all groups of society. In addition, the process of development of random communities does not stop only when funds are available, but requires that the development of community be provided along with urban development and to care about human beings and their needs, requirements, rehabilitation and behavior as we care about the lifting of works and the construction of bocks. Furthermore, to take into account the needs of the population of random communities in different aspects of development before laying the foundation stone for any development project or formal improvement of these communities. The results of the research also highlighted the importance of the educational role assigned to (NOs) in the development of random communities, advocacy, initiative, funding, guidance and implementation alongside with the government efforts.
