هدفت الدراسة الي تسليط الضوء علي دراسة نقدية لحديث (كل أمتي معافي إلا المهاجرين). وتناولت الدراسة عدة مباحث، تناول المبحث الأول تخريج ودراسة رواية ابن أخي الزهري لحديث المجاهرة. والمبحث الثاني ناقش تخريج ودراسة المتابعات لابن أخي الزهري في حديث المجاهرة. أما المبحث الثالث كشف عن تخريج ودراسة الشواهد لحديث المجاهرة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي النقدي. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الي أن حديث (كل أمتي معافي إلا المجاهرين) حديث صحيح، وأن رواية ابن أخي الزهري لهذا الحديث عن عمه الزهري رواية صحيحة ليس فيها نكارة وذلك لما يلي، أولا: وجود متابعة تامة صحيحة لابن أخي الزهري، ثانيا: وجود ثلاثة شواهد للحديث، ثالثا: سلامة ابن أخي الزهري من رواية أحاديث مناكير أو لا أصل لها عن عمه، رابعا: أن ابن أخي الزهري قد يكون انفرد عن عمه بأحاديث ومرويات لا يشاركه فيها أحد، خامسا: أن الحديث صححه عدد من أئمة الحديث البارزين فى علم العلل ومن جهابذته الكبار ومنهم من تتلمذ وأخذ العلم عن الإمام الذهلي القادح فى صحة هذا الحديث، سادسا: كون الإمام الزهري بحرا من بحور العلم التي لا مثيل لها في زمانه فليس من المستغرب انفراد بعض الرواة عنه بأحاديث إذا كانت هناك دلائل تدل على صحة روايته. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The study aimed at shedding light on a critical study of the Hadith (Every one of my followers will be forgiven except those who expose (openly) their wrongdoings.). The study dealt with several topics. The first topic dealt with the authentication and study of the narration of the nephew of al-Zuhri of the Hadith of disclosure. The second topic discussed the authentication and study of the follow-up of the nephew of al-Zuhri regarding the Hadith of disclosure. The third topic revealed the authentication and study of evidence for the Hadith of disclosure. The study was based on the critical inductive method. The results of the study indicated that the Hadith (Every one of my followers will be forgiven except those who expose (openly) their wrongdoings) is a true Hadith and that narration of nephew of Al-Zuhri after his uncle is true and free of rejection due to the following. First true and righteous succession of nephew of Al-Zuhri. Second, there are three supporting evidences of Hadith. Third, Hadiths of nephew of Al-Zuhri is free of rejection or no origin. Fourth, nephew of Al-Zuhri may be solely narrated some Hadiths after his uncle, that no one else narrated. Fifth, is that the Hadith was authenticated by a number of the prominent Imams of Hadith in the science of defects ('elal) abd great scholars of the science, some of them were students of Imam Al-Dhuhli, who questioned authenticity of this Hadith. Sixth, Imam Al-Zuhri as a great, unmatched scholar in his time, so, it is not strange for some Hadith narrators to have unique narrations of him, especially when supported with evidences.
