The article aimed to highlight the Revolutionary Choice Document. The article pointed out that Revolutionary Choice Document is a testimony left by Mahdi Ben Barka for a decisive stage in the history of Morocco after the departure of the colonialism. It is originally a report submitted by Al-Mahdi in 1962 to the General Writing of the National Union of Popular Forces on the occasion of the preparation of the second conference of the National Union of Popular Forces. The article referred to the latest edition of the Revolutionary Choice Document in 1996 under the title "Mahdi Ben Barka: The Living Memory" in the publications of the Democratic Left-wing. The article reviewed Ben Barka's speech in this document, where Ben Barka began analyzing the current situation by monitoring the specificities of the external conditions, especially at the level of the new colonialism in Africa and the new situation of the Algerian case. After that, he went on to analyze the internal situation of Morocco starting from the analyzation of the results of the economic and social policy to the dismantling of the pillars of the ruling regime and its extension at the level of the higher and middle administrative bodies along with the army and the police. The article also highlighted Ben Barka's interest in the research on the social contradictions that Morocco inherited from the colonialism and its political expansion. Moreover, in the third section he was interested in the document to provide self-criticism about the three fatal errors committed by the federal movement in the context of its confrontation with colonialism. The article concludes that the reading of the Revolutionary Choice Document provides the researchers with research and documentation in the evolution of the party and political scene of Morocco at the dawn of independence.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
استهدف المقال تسليط الضوء على وثيقة الاختيار الثوري. وأشار المقال إلى أن وثيقة الاختيار الثوري تعتبر شهادة خلفها المهدي بن بركة عن مرحلة حاسمة في تاريخ المغرب ما بعد رحيل الاستعمار. وهي في الأصل عبارة عن تقرير قدمه المهدي 1962 إلى الكتابة العامة للاتحاد الوطني للقوات الشعبية بمناسبة الإعداد لعقد المؤتمر الثاني لحزب الاتحاد الوطني للقوات الشعبية. وأشار المقال إلى صدور آخر طبعة لوثيقة الاختيار الثوري سنة 1996 تحت عنوان "المهدي بن بركة: الذاكرة الحية" ضمن منشورات اليسار الديموقراطي. واستعرض المقال كلمة بن بركة بهذه الوثيقة حيث بدأ بن بركة بتحليل الوضع الراهن من خلال رصد خصوصيات الظروف الخارجية خاصة على مستوى تتبع الاستعمار الجديد في إفريقيا والوضع الجديد للقضية الجزائرية. ثم انتقل إلى تحليل الحالة الداخلية للمغرب بدءا من تشريح نتائج السياسة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وانتهاءً بتفكيك دعائم النظام الحاكم وامتداداته على مستوى الأجهزة الإدارية العليا والمتوسطة إلى جانب الجيش والشرطة. كما أوضح المقال اهتمام بن بركة بالبحث في التناقضات الاجتماعية التي ورثها المغرب عن الاستعمار وامتداداتها السياسية. وانه اهتم في القسم الثالث من الوثيقة بتقديم نقد ذاتي حول الأخطاء الثلاثة القاتلة التي ارتكبتها الحركة الاتحادية في سياق مجابهتها للاستعمار. وخلص المقال إلى أن قراءة وثيقة الاختيار الثوري توفر للباحثين في تطور المشهد الحزبي والسياسي لمغرب فجر الاستقلال موادا ارتكازية في البحث وفي التوثيق.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
