هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن ميثاق الدار البيضاء والوحدة الأفريقية. وتناولت الدراسة خطوات القارة الإفريقية نحو التحرر. وأشارت الى المخاطر التي تهدد الدول الإفريقية. وأوضحت إتباع المغرب سياسة عدم الانحياز. كما تطرقت الدراسة الى أسس ومبادئ ميثاق الدار البيضاء والهدف منه. وسلطت الدراسة الضوء على إعلان صاحب الجلالة الحسن الثاني الموجه لمؤتمر الإفريقي بلاغوس في فبراير 1962. وخلصت الدراسة الى أن ميثاق الدار البيضاء الذي كرس له صاحب الجلالة محمد الخامس الأيام الأخيرة في حياته، هو مساهمة إيجابية في بناء الوحدة الإفريقية الحقيقية والتي نعمل لها جميعا وهذا الميثاق لا يزال مفتوحا في وجه جميع البلدان الإفريقية، ويعتبر عنصرا أساسيا في البناء الذي نطمح جميعا إلى تشييده. كما أشارت النتائج الى أن هيبة هذا الإعلان ودقته لا تترك مجالا للشك في عزم الملك والشعب المغربي على خدمة القضايا العادلة لإفريقيا بضمير وإخلاص، وعلى المساهمة في تحقيق مثله العليا مهما كانت التضحيات. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The study aimed to shed light on the Charter of Casablanca and the African Unity. The study dealt with the steps of the African continent towards liberation. It referred to the threats that the African countries face. The study pointed out that Morocco follows the policy of non-alignment, as well as touched on the basics and principles of the Casablanca Charter and its aim. The study highlighted the declaration of His Majesty King Hassan II to the African Conference in Lagos in February 1962. The study concluded that the Casablanca Charter, to which His Majesty Mohamed V has dedicated the last days of his life, is a positive contribution to the construction of the true unity of Africa, to which we all work. This Charter remains open to all the African countries and is an essential element of the construction we all aspire to build. The results also indicated that the prestige and accuracy of this declaration leaves no doubt about the determination of the King and the Moroccan people to serve the just cases of Africa with conscience and sincerity, and to contribute to the achievement of its ideals regardless of the sacrifices..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
