|a الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وبعد.. فإن موضوع هذا البحث مسألة من أشهر مسائل أصول الفقه اللغوية وهي مسألة "مبدأ اللغات"، والغرض الأساس من بحث هذه المسألة ثلاثة أمور: الأول: بيان القول الراجح فيها. الثاني: النظر في صحة تخريج الفروع المخرجة على هذه المسألة. الثالث: بیان نوع الفائدة المتحققة من بحثها. وقد اقتضى توضيح ذلك وتحقيقه بیان مذاهب الأصوليين في المسألة وتتبع أدلتهم من مصادرها مع مناقشتها من قبل المخالفين لهم ثم عرض ما استيسر جمعه من الفروع المخرجة على هذه المسألة. وقد أتى ذلك كله مستوفي في مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج.
