This paper aims at shedding light on the autobiography of Abu Tha'alaba al Khushani, the great companion who has been meticulous about deep understanding of Islam. Such meticulousness is manifested throughout the various questions he has posed all over a plenty of Fiqh branches & issues. Further, I also aim at pinpointing great aspects of life for such a great companion. For instance, - I have concentrated on the variant and varying questions he has abundantly posed across plenty of issues, and how such tendency has clarified and resulted in intense enrichment of Fiqh. - I have also attempted to pinpoint religious, educational, and moral aspects of his character that distinguish such a companion, unknown to the majority of people. - I have further attested whatever he has narrated to others narrations and have illustrated how such narrations of his, have led to a variation of viewpoints among religious scholars. In conclusion, this paper has summed up a number of facts. Most important of which are: - Most of what Abu Tha'alaba has narrated, has coincided and been in agreement with those of other narrators', of the prophet companions, especially the narration of Abu Hurairah, who has been close to Abu Tha'alaba, with regard to the period of converting to Islam. Such agreement in narration manifests both the honesty and accuracy of such a companion. - I have also pointed out the narrations of his, which has individually distinguished him among others, as they have been attested both accurate and consistent. Here is an example of that. Abu Tha'alabahas asked the prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him) about the bowl in which People of the Book eat pork and drink alcoholic drinks in the same bowl; the public has therefore understood that alcoholic drinks impurity is actually over emphasized. Additionally, Al Khushani has been singled out to narrate about the genie, and other topics. - Furthermore, I have arrived at other results which I have mentioned and stated within this paper, beside those in the conclusion section
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بسيرة الصحابي الجليل أبي ثعلبة الخشني الذي كان حريصا على التفقه في الدين وفهمه، وهذا يظهر من خلال تساؤلاته المختلفة في كثير من أبواب الفقه ومسائله، إضافة إلى إبراز جوانب عظيمة من حياة هذا الصحابي منها: - التركيز على استفساراته المتنوعة في كثير من المسائل وإظهار أثرها في إثراء الفقه وتنوعه. - إبراز جوانب من شخصيته الإيمانية والتربوية والأخلاقية التي تميز بها هذا الصحابي ولا يعرفها كثير من الناس. - استيفاء الروايات التي رواها ومطابقتها بروایات غيره وإظهار أثرها في تنوع وجهات نظر الفقهاء. وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج منها: - أن معظم الروايات التي رواها أبو ثعلبة منسجمة ومتوافقة مع روایات غيره من الصحابة، وخاصة روايات أبي هريرة الذي قاربه في فترة إسلامه، وهذا يظهر مدى صدق هذا الصحابي ودقة روايته. - الإشارة إلى بعض الروايات التي انفرد بها عن غيره، وأنها جاءت بطرق صحيحة ثابتة: كسؤاله النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن آنية أهل الكتاب الذين يأكلون فيها لحم الخنزير ويشربون فيها الخمر، وما فهمة الجمهور منها في ترجیح نجاسة الخمر نجاسة حقيقية، وكذلك ما انفرد بروايته عن الجن، وغيرها من الروايات. وفي البحث نتائج أخرى تم التوصل إليها وأشير إليها في ثنايا البحث وخاتمته
