The objective of the research was to identify the relationship between the organizational support and creativity and administrative innovation in the Egyptian Basketball Federation. The research used the descriptive survey approach. The research sample consisted of 500 members of the Board of Directors of the Federation, the members of the Higher Committees of the Federation, the Board of Directors of the branches, the Executive Director, the Financial Manager, basketball players, basketball coaches and basketball referees. The research tools were represented in a questionnaire to identify the reality of organizational support for the employees of the Egyptian Basketball Federation in addition to identifying the level of administrative performance of the employees of the Egyptian Basketball Federation. The results of the research confirmed that there is no department or section specialized in the organizational support, innovation and creativity overseeing the work of the Federation. The results found that there was a lack of support of the Federation supervisors, which is represented in not understanding or being aware of the environment surrounding the employees. The research emphasized that the directors of Federation should pay attention to the creativity, innovation, satisfaction of employees, development of organizational support and the establishment of a department of creativity and innovation regarding the vocational performance in the Egyptian Basketball Federation. The research also recommended the need for cooperation between the Federation and other bodies such as schools and universities as well as the development of creativity and innovation for the employees of the Federation to spread the game. Furthermore, the research suggested looking after conducting many studies that deal with the subject of creativity and innovation, because of its importance and because the researchers didn't study it thoroughly.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
هدف البحث الى التعرف على علاقة الدعم التنظيمي بالإبداع والابتكار الإداري بالاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة البحث من 500 فرداً من مجلس إدارة الاتحاد وأعضاء اللجان العليا للاتحاد ومجلس إدارة الأفرع والمدير التنفيذي والمدير المالي ولاعبي كرة السلة ومدربين كرة السلة وحكام كرة السلة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة للتعرف على واقع الدعم التنظيمي للعاملين بالاتحاد المصرى لكرة السلة. والتعرف على مستوى الأداء الإداري للعاملين بالاتحاد المصرى لكرة السلة. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على عدم وجود قسم أو إدارة خاصة بالدعم التنظيمي والابداع والابتكار تشرف على عمل الاتحاد. وتوصلت النتائج الى وجود قصور في الدعم المقدم من المشرفين بالاتحاد ويتمثل ذلك في عدم فهم وإدراك البيئة المحيطة بالعاملين. وأوصى البحث بضرورة اهتمام إدارة الاتحاد بالإبداع والابتكار وبرضا العاملين وتنمية الدعم التنظيمي. وإنشاء إدارة للإبداع والابتكار في الأداء الوظيفي بالاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة. وضرورة التعاون بين الاتحاد والهيئات الأخرى مثل المدارس والجامعات وتنمية الإبداع والابتكار للعاملين بالاتحاد لنشر اللعبة. والاهتمام بإجراء العديد من الدراسات التي تتناول موضوع الإبداع والابتكار وذلك نظراً لأهميته وإغفال الباحثين عن التعمق في دراسته. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
