|a يعتبر مفهوم التربية العفوية مدخل لتحقيق العديد من توجهات التربية المستقبلية، مثل ما وراء العمليات المعرفية، وتفريد التعليم، وغيرها من التوجهات التي تركز على المتعلم وقدراته المتفردة وإعداده لتقرير مصيره وتطوير قدراته وخبراته. وقد هدفت الدراسة تحديد أبعاد الإطار التنظيري لمفهوم التربية العفوية من خلال تحليل الأصول النظرية والفكرية للتربية العفوية، وإيضاح مبادئ التربية العفوية، والإلمام بمرتكزات التربية العفوية في ضوء التوجهات والأهداف القومية للتعليم في مصر من خلال طرح التوجهات والأهداف التعليمية القومية في مصر ورصد الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة التي يمكن أن تحققها التربية العفوية وصولا إلى رؤية استراتيجية للإفادة من مفهوم التربية العفوية في تطوير العملية التعليمية في ضوء التوجهات والأهداف القومية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات التربوية والدراسات التي تناولت المفاهيم التربوية المتعلقة بمفهوم التربية العفوية، وكذلك الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة، وتم تناولها بالتحليل النقدي لتحقيق هدف الدراسة واستخلاص الأهداف والتوجهات القومية للتعليم في مصر بعد مراجعة الخطة الاستراتيجية لتطوير التعليم 2014- 2030 م، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وضع الرؤية الاستراتيجية من خلال وضع أسس فكرية وإجراءات تطبيقية تمكن من إحداث تحول نوعي في البرامج والممارسات التربوية، لتحقيق مخرجات تنسجم مع الأهداف الفردية والمجتمعية، من واقع فلسفة تعليمية تعمل على رفع كفاءة النظام التعليمي، وزيادة فاعليته لاستثمار إمكانات كل من الطالب والمعلم، وإيجاد البيئة التعليمية المناسبة المحفزة لكل منهما، وفرض الاتجاه نحو استراتيجيات وأساليب تعلم حديثة، والسعي لمساعدة المتعلمين على تحسين تعلمهم.

|b The concept of spontaneous education is an introductory to many future education orientations, such as beyond cognitive processes, the separation of education, and other learner-centered approaches, its unique abilities, preparation for self-determination and the development of its abilities and expertise. The study aimed to determine the dimensions of the theoretical framework of the concept of spontaneous education by analyzing the theoretical and intellectual assets of spontaneous education, clarifying the principles of spontaneous education and the knowledge of the principles of spontaneous education in light of the national goals and objectives of education in Egypt. Can be achieved by spontaneous education to reach a strategic vision to benefit from the concept of spontaneous education in the development of the educational process in the light of national trends and goals. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach by reviewing the educational literature and studies that dealt with the educational concepts related to the concept of spontaneous education, as well as the recent trends. The study reached a strategic vision through the establishment of intellectual foundations and practical measures that enable a qualitative transformation in educational programs and practices to achieve outputs that are in line with individual and societal goals. This is an educational philosophy that enhances the efficiency of the educational system and increases its effectiveness to exploit the potential of both students and teachers, create an appropriate learning environment that motivates each other, impose a trend towards modern learning strategies and methods, and seek to help learners improve their learning.
