The aim of the research is to reveal the design of an electronic knowledge scale for the referees of the boxing sport in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The research used the survey descriptive method. The research group consisted of 14 experts in the field of the sports management, boxing, computer and software and 15 referees from the Egyptian Boxing Federation. The research tools were a questionnaire for measuring the electronic knowledge of the rulers of boxing. The results of the research confirmed the validity of the measure for the use and measuring the cognitive outcomes of the Sports referees. The results showed that the cognitive scale is flexible to make any adjustments. The results indicated that the electronic cognitive standard contributes to determining the different levels of rulers. The research recommended using the electronic knowledge standard for the boxing referees in all regions of the republic, following up the new and urgent amendments to the boxing and its integration or added to the measurement and the need to apply the electronic knowledge standard of the referees of the boxing sport to all the referees of the Arab Republic of Egypt in various degrees and levels as a result of the establishment of training courses on the basis of the strengths and weaknesses which were shown by this measure to them and attention to the development of the electronic knowledge scale software for the referees of boxing by linking them to the networks over the Internet.. هدف البحث الى الكشف عن تصميم مقياس معرفي إلكتروني لحكام رياضة الملاكمة بجمهورية مصر العربية. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 14 خبير من الخبراء في مجال الإدارة الرياضية وفي مجال الملاكمة وفى مجال الحاسب الآلي والبرمجيات و15 حكماً من حكام الاتحاد المصرى للملاكمة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة للقياس المعرفي الإلكتروني لحكام رياضة الملاكمة. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على صلاحية المقياس للاستخدام وقياس الحصائل المعرفية لحكام رياضية. وتوصلت النتائج الى ان المقياس المعرفي الإلكتروني يتم بالمرونة لإجراء أي تعديلات. وأشارت النتائج الى ان المقياس المعرفي الإلكتروني يسهم في تحديد المستويات المختلفة للحكام. وأوصى البحث باستخدام المقياس المعرفي الإلكتروني لحكام الملاكمة بكافة مناطق الجمهورية. ومتابعة التعديلات الجديدة والطارئة على الملاكمة ودمجها او إضافتها للقياس. وضرورة تطبيق المقياس المعرفي الإلكتروني لحكام رياضة الملاكمة على جميع حكام جمهورية مصر العربية بمختلف درجاتهم ومستوياتهم. لما يترتب عليه من إقامة دورات تدريبية على أساس نقاط القوة والضعف التي يظهرها هذا المقياس لهم. والاهتمام بوضع برمجية المقياس المعرفي الإلكتروني لحكام رياضة الملاكمة عن طريق ربطها بالشبكات عبر الإنترنت. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
