من أصدق ما يحقق عالمية الدين الإسلامي إنشاء الفضائيات المهتمة بنشر الدعوة إلى الله، وأحكام الشريعة، وجاء هذا البحث ليحدد ضابط الفضائية الإسلامية، ويوضح أحكام إنشائها ببيان: 1- الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالخطوات الإجرائية لإنشاء فضائية؛ كأحكام دراسة الجدوى، واستصدار التراخيص اللازمة، وإعداد المادة البرامجية التي تغطي بث القناة التجريبي. 2- والأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بأسلمة الفضائيات التقليدية؛ كأحكام فتح نافذة إسلامية لفضائية غير إسلامية، أو تحولها إلى فضائية إسلامية. 3- والأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بآثار إنشاء الفضائيات الإسلامية؛ من جهة المصالح والمفاسد، والموارنة بينها بحسب المحددات الشرعية. وخرج البحث بنتائج بينت ضوابط المشروعية، ومحددات شرعية موجهة لآليات إنشاء الفضائيات الإسلامية.
Jurisprudence rules concerning the establishment of the Islamic satellite channels. One of the most reliable believe that achieves the globalism of Islamic religion is the establishment of satellite channels interested in the deployment of the invocation to God, the provisions of Sharia, this research was presented to determine the regulation of Islamic satellite channels, explains the provisions of its creation through the illustration of: (1) Jurisprudence rules concerning procedural steps for the establishment of a satellite channel; as the feasibility study, obtaining the necessary licenses, the preparation of programmatic material that covers the broadcast of the channel. (2) Jurisprudence rules concerning Islamize of the traditional channels; as opening an Islamic space window for non-Muslim, or transformation into an Islamic satellite channel. (3) Jurisprudence rules concerning the effects of the establishment of the Islamic satellite channel; on the pros and cons, according to the budget including the legitimate determinants. The research concluded with results that showed the legitimacy controls, and the legitimacy determinants oriented to the mechanisms of the establishment of Islamic satellite channels.
