هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن تحقق الفوائد على أصول البزدوي للشيخ سليمان بن زكريا السندي من أول الكلام عن حد أصول الفقه وموضوعه حتى نهاية أقسام اللفظ والمعني. حيث تناولت كل ما يعنى بتوثيق المخطوط ونسبته إلى مؤلفه وذكر منهجه وموارده ومصطلحاته، وتحقيق ضبط النص وإحكامه كما أراده مؤلفه أو أقرب ما يكون إلى ذلك. والفوائد على أصول البزدوي للشيخ سليمان بن زكريا السندي ومن أول الكلام عن حد أصول الفقه وموضوعه حتى نهاية أقسام اللفظ والمعنى. كما أشارت إلى التعريف بصاحب المتن وبالمتن من خلال اسمه ونسبه ومولده ونشأته، وشيوخه وتلاميذه، وآثاره العلمية، بالإضافة إلى مكانته العلمية وثناء العلماء عليه، والتعريف بصاحب الشرح وبالشرح، من خلال التعريف بالشارح، والتعريف بالشرح وذلك من خلال دراسة عنوان الكتاب وثبوت نسبته إلى مؤلفه، وكذلك أسلوب المؤلف في الشرح ومنهجه، كما وصفت المخطوط ونسخة، من خلال بيان منهج التحقيق. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على ان بن زكريا السندي لم يتعرض للترتيب إلا بين الظاهر والنص. وأشار إلى بعض الباقي في معرفة أحكام القسم الذي يليه وتعرض بالترتيب بين الحقيقة والجاز في بابهما وبين العبارة وأخواتها في بابها. فضلا ان النص أولي أو بين النص والمفسر فالمفسر أولي أو بين المفسر والمحكم فالمحكم أو بين الظاهر والمفسر فالمسفر أو بين الظاهر والمحكم فالمحكم أو بين النص والمحكم فالمحكم أو بين الظاهر والخفي فالظاهر أو بين الظاهر والمشكل فالظاهر. وان وقع بين الظاهرين أو النصين أو المفسرين فلا أولوية إلا من جهة الظهور ولايقع بين المحكمين ولا يلزم رفع أحدهما والمحكم لا يقبله ولابين المتشابهين ولابين شيء من الأقسام وبين المتشابه ولابين المجملين ولابين المجمل وشيء من الأقسام وان وقع بين الخفي والمشاكل فالخفي وإذا تعارض الخفيان والمشكلان فلا أولوية إلا بمعني خارجي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The present study aimed to uncover the realization of the benefits on the assets of Al-Bazdawi of Al-Sheikh Sulaiman bin Zakaria Al-Sindi from the first talk about the extent of the principles of jurisprudence and its subject until the end of the sections of the word and meaning where it dealt with everything related to the documentation of the manuscript and its proportion to the author, his methodology, resources and terminology, and achieve the control of the text as wanted by the author or as close as it may be and the benefits on the assets of Al-Bzdawi of Al-Sheikh Suleiman bin Zakaria Al-Sindi and the first talk about the extent of the principles of jurisprudence and its subject until the end of sections of the word and meaning.
