موضوع الدراسة: وسائل نشر الثقافة المعرفية في الدولة العثمانية منذ بداية القرن 8ه/ 14م وحتى مطلع القرن 14هـ/ 20م. منهج الدراسة: اتبعت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي الاستقرائي، القائم على تتبع الأحداث ومقارنتها واستخلاص نتائجها. أهداف الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الثقافة المعرفية ووسائل انتشارها في الدولة العثمانية على امتداد أربعة قرون من بداية تأسيس الدولة العثمانية وحتى ظهور أوعية فكرية تواكب القدرة الاستيعابية لنشر الثقافة المعرفية في القرن الرابع عشر الهجري/ العشرين ميلادي، كما تناولت هذه الدراسة شرح تاريخي تطوري للمراحل الزمنية للثقافة المعرفية في الدولة العثمانية، واستعراض شامل لوسائل نشر الثقافة المعرفية فيها. ملخص النتائج: أولاً: تنوعت وسائل نشر الثقافة المعرفية في الدولة العثمانية حتى بلغت إلى ستة وسائل. ثانيا: مرت الثقافة المعرفية العثمانية في فترة الدراسة بثلاث مراحل ما بين عثمانية قديمة ابتداءً ومرحلة كلاسيكية متوسطة ومرحلة نهائي تمثلت في العثمانية الجديدة. ثالثًا: استطاعت الدولة العثمانية أن تقتبس من ثقافات البلدان والشعوب المفتوحة وتضيف إليها وهذا أعطاها نشر واسع لثقافتها. رابعًا: لم تكن الوسائل الثقافية العثمانية بمعزل عن التأثير والتأثر بالعالم الخارجي.

After: The subject of the study: means of spreading the knowledge culture in the Ottoman Empire from the beginning of the 8th century/14 /AD until the beginning of the 14th century AH/20 AD. Methodology: The Study followed the historical method of inductive, based on the tracking of events and compare and draw conclusions. The objectives of the Study: This Study aimed at shedding light on the reality of the cognitive culture and means of its spread in the Ottoman Empire over the four centuries from the beginning of the establishment of the Ottoman Empire until the emergence of intellectual vessels in keeping with the absorptive capacity to spread the knowledge culture in the fourteenth century AH / 20 AD, An evolutionary historical explanation of the Stages of the cognitive culture in the Ottoman Empire. First, the means of disseminating the knowledge culture varied to six. Second: the Ottoman culture of knowledge in the study period in three stages between the old Ottoman and the beginning of the classical stage and the middle stage of the final was the new Ottoman. Thirdly, the Ottoman Empire was able to quote from and add to the culture of open countries and peoples, which gave it a wide dissemination of its culture.
