المستخلص: يقوم هذا البحث بدراسة واقع إقليم توات الجزائري خلال القرن التاسع الهجري الخامس عشر الميلادي، انطلاقا من مرجلة بداية انتشار الإسلام بالمنطقة، مرورا بمحطات مختصرة من أوضاعه السياسية، والاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، والدور الذي لعبه اليهود بها، وموقف الشيخ المغيلي التلمساني من تواجدهم من خلال فتوى أصدرها في حقهم، وبعد حربين شنها ضدهم، وأهم نتائجها وانعكاساتها.

This research examines the reality of the Algerian region of Tuat during the 9th century AD, starting from the beginning of the spread of Islam in the region, passing through brief points of its political, economic and social situations and the role played by the Jews in it, and the position of Sheikh Mughili Talmasani on their existence through a fatwa that he issued against them, and after the two wars that he waged against them, and its important results and consequences.
