المستخلص: This study focuses on the management of the disease, hospitalization, and treatment of breast cancer patients in the light of the patient-patient relationship and the resulting negotiation between infected women within the hospital, which leads to the setting of the disease management model within the framework of the social and cultural specificities of Algerian society.

تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول تسيير المرض، الاستشفاء والعلاج من طرف المصابة بسرطان الثدي وذلك في ضوء العلاقة مريض - مريض وما ينتج عنها من تفاوض ما بين المصابات داخل المستشفى والذي يؤدي إلى بناء نموذج عمل تسيير المرض في إطار خصوصيات المجتمع الجزائري الاجتماعية والثقافية.

Cette étude porte sur la prise en charge de la maladie, l'hospitalisation et le traitement du cancer du sein, et cela à la lumière de la relation patient-patient et les négociations qui ont abouti entre les malades à l'intérieur de l'hôpital, ce qui conduit à la construction d’un modèle de travail de gestion de la maladie dans le contexte des spécificités de la communauté sociale et culturelle algérienne.
