المستخلص: إن المدخل الطبيعي نحو السعادة والرفاهيَّة للإنسان لابد من أن يمرَّ عبر بوابة الصحة والعافية إذ بدونهما يصعب الاستمتاع بالحياة كما أن اعتلال الصحة يكدّر صفو الحياة وهذا ما يؤكده القول السائد بأن الصحة تاج على رؤوس الأصحاء لا يعرف قيمتها الفعلية إلا من حرمته الظروف والأقدار من العافية وجعلته حبيس معاناة وآلام المرض. وتستمد هذه الدراسة إطارها النظري من مدخل الاستخدامات والتأثيرات، فلقد انقسمت بحوث الاتصال الخاصة بالتعرض لوسائل الإعلام إلى مدخلين هما: مدخل التأثيرات المباشرة، ومدخل الاستخدامات والإشباعات، ويمكن القول إن كلا من هذين المدخلين عانى من تطبيق الافتراضات الخاصة بالخصائص أو السمات الشخصية فيما يتعلق بسلوك التعرض لوسائل الإعلام. إن مدخل الاستخدامات والتأثيرات غيّر الطرق التقليدية للتفكير في التأثيرات الاتصالية، فهو يبحث في كيف يستقبل أفراد الجمهور الرسائل الاتصالية بطرق نشطة طبقًا لاحتياجاتهم الخاصة، ويؤكد على أن الأفراد يقومون باختيارات واعية من بين العناصر المختلفة للمضمون الاتصالي، ويختارون ما يشاهدونه، وبالتالي فإن درجة تنوع التأثيرات الاتصالية وتقديمها سوف تعتمد على حاجة أفراد الجمهور.

ولكون الفرد السعودي من أكثر فئات المجتمع التصاقًا بمفاهيم التثقيف الصحي الذي يعني في هذه الدراسة دور الوسيلة الإعلامية في توفير المعلومات الصحية اللازمة والضرورية له من أجل الارتقاء بمستواه الصحي وإكسابه السلوك الصحي السليم فقد,فمن هنا جاءت مشكلة الدراسة والتي يمكن صياغتها في السؤال التالي:ما تأثيرات وسائل الإعلام في زيادة الوعي بأهمية الصحة العامة في المجتمع السعودي ؟ ومن بين الأهداف التي سعت الدراسة إلى تحقيقها :-التعرف على مدى حرص الجمهور السعودي على متابعة وسائل الإعلام المختلفة لزيادة الوعي الصحي لديهم، والتعرف على النشاط المدعم والمعوق للجمهور السعودي في تعرضه لوسائل الإعلام المختلفة، لزيادة الوعي الصحي لديه. وقد تمّ اختيار عينة عمديه قوامها (400) مفردة للأسر السعودية من الآباء والأمهات السعوديين بالرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك من المترددين على طوارئ مستشفى الملك خالد الجامعي ومستشفى الملك عبد العزيز الجامعي. وأسفرت أهم نتائج الدراسة على - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كثافة استخدام الجمهور السعودي، ومستوى المعرفة الصحية لديهم. - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دوافع التعرض(الهادفة والطقوسية) لتعرض الجمهور السعودي لوسائل الإعلام وأنماط النشاط المدعم الذي يمارسونه عند التعرض. - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دوافع تعرض الجمهور السعودي الهادفة لوسائل الإعلام المختلفة في زيادة وعيهم الصحي، وأنماط النشاط المعوق الذي يمارسونه عند التعرض، بينما لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دوافع تعرض الجمهور السعودي لطقوس وسائل الإعلام المختلفة في زيادة وعيهم الصحي، وأنماط النشاط المعوق الذي يمارسونه عند التعرض. - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دوافع استخدام الجمهور السعودي (الهادفة – الطقوسية) لوسائل الإعلام المختلفة، ومستوى المعرفة الصحية لديهم. - وجودعلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التأثيرات الاتصالية (الرضا – التفاعل الاجتماعي - الواقعية) الناتجة عن تعرض الجمهور السعودي لوسائل الإعلام المختلفة ومستوى المعرفة الصحية لديهم. ومن بين المقترحات التي قدمتها الدراسة: - تشجيع وسائل الاتصال التي تسعى إلى زيادة الوعي الصحي للجمهور السعودي. - الإكثار من المواقع الالكترونية التي تهدف إلى توعية الجمهور بمخاطر العادات الغذائية الخاطئة، وضرورة الحفاظ على الصحة العامة. - ضرورة قيام المؤسسات الحكومية بتدعيم وسائل الإعلام التي تبث موادًا تدعوا الشباب إلى الحفاظ على صحتهم، وحثّها على الكفّ عن الدور التدميري الذي لا يساعد إلا على خلق جيل هش وضعيف البنيان .. وأي أمة تُبتلى بمثل هذا الجيل هي أمة لا مستقبل لها.

The Impact an Role of Media on Increasing the Healthy Awareness of the Saudi Community – Survey Study The natural introduction towards the human happiness and welfare should pass by the gate of health and fitness, without them a man can't enjoy life, also the sickness disturb enjoying of life, that is what ensured by the proverb saying Health crown on the heads of healthy, no one know its value except those who lost it and be overruled bysuffering and illness. This study has its theoretical framework from the introduction of the employment and impacts. The conducted researches on the media have been divided into two introductions: the introduction of direct impacts, and the employment and satisfaction introduction. It can be said that the both introductions suffered from the application of proposals related to the personality characteristics and features regarding media exposure behavior. The introduction of employment and impacts changes the traditional method of thinking in the communication impacts, where it looks for how the audience individual receive the communication messages with active methods based on their special needs, it also ensures that the individuals make awareness selection between different elements of the communication context, as they select what they watch, thus the degree of communication impacts variation will based on the audience individuals need. As the Saudi individual is one of the most connecting class of health education, as the subject of this study focuses on the role of media on providing the required and necessary health information in order to make progress of his health level and acquiring him the proper health behavior only, so the study problem emerged, which can be formulated in the following question: What are the impacts of media on increasing the awareness of audience health in the Saudi community? Among the goals, which the study seeks to achieve: identifying the extent of the Saudi Pubic interest on following up the different types of media for increasing their healthy awareness, as well as identifying the supporter and obstacle activity for the Saudi audience while watching the different means of media, in order to increase their healthy awareness. The sample of the study was selected on purpose for about 400 among Saudi families including Saudi fathers and mothers in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, of King Khalid University Hospital and King Abdulaziz University Hospital reviewers "outpatients". The most important results include: - There is significant statistical relationship among density of Saudi Audience employment, and the level of their healthy knowledge.There is significant statistical relationship among the watching motivations (meaningful and habitual) for the Saudi audience watching the media, and the patterns of supported activity practiced while watching. There is significant statistical relationship among the motivations of Saudi audience purposeful watching the different types of media on increasing their health awareness, and the pattern of obstacles activities practiced by them while watching the media means, while there is no significant statistical relationship among the Saudi audience habitual motivations of watching the different types of media in increasing their health awareness and the patterns of obstacles activities practiced while watching the media. - There is significant statistical relationship among the motivation of Saudi audience employing (meaningful – habitual) while watching the different types of media, and the level of their health knowledge. - There is significant statistical relationshipamong the communication impacts (satisfaction – social interaction – reality) resulted from Saudi audience watching the different types of media, and the level of their health knowledge. The Study Proposals Include: Encouraging the communication means that seek to increase the level of health awareness of the Saudi audience. - Increasing the number of websites which tend to increase the audience awareness of the bad habits of nutrition and the necessary of maintaining the public health. The governmental institutions have to support the media that motivate the youth to maintain their health, as well as stopping that have destruction role and help in creating weak body generation .. where any nation will have his generation, doesn't have a future.
