|a يعد قطاع الصحة في الجزائر من القطاعات الحساسة، وهو ما يتجلى في الكم الهائل من الأموال التي تتدفق بين عدد كبير من الفاعلين على مختلف المستويات والمواقع، مما يزيد من خطر انتشار الفساد، ومن بين أسباب هذه الظاهرة نجد التفاوت في المعلومات بين هذه الفاعلين في قطاع الصحة، وكان لذلك أثر سلبي على الميزانيات المتعاقبة للقطاع، وأدى هذا إلى تدهور نوعية الخدمات الصحية، ولا سيما في القطاع العام.وقامت السلطات العمومية بوضع إطار تشريعي ومؤسسي في العقد الأخير لمكافحة الفساد في الإدارة الجزائرية، ولكن فعالية هذه القوانين والمؤسسات لا تزال المحدودة، مما يتطلب من جميع الفاعلين تقديم المزيد من الجهد للكشف عن مخاطر الفساد في القطاع الصحي، وإدماج القطاعات الأخرى في الحد من مخاطرة.

|b The health sector in Algeria sensitive sectors, which is reflected in the large amount of money circulating between a large number of actors at different levels and locations, which increases the risk of spread of corruption, among the causes at this time. the asymmetry of information between these actors and this has had a negative impact on successive budgets of the sector and has seriously affected the quality of healthcare services, especially in the public sector, public authorities have developed a framework the effectiveness of these laws and institutions remains limited, prompting all actors to make greater efforts in the health sector. and to integrate other sectors to detect corruption and reduce its risks.

|d Le secteur de la santé en Algérie est l’un des secteurs les plus sensibles, qui se reflète dans la grande quantité d'argent circulant entre un grand nombre d'acteurs à différents niveaux et lieux, ce qui augmente le risque de propagation de la corruption, parmi les causes de ce phénomène: on trouve l'asymétrie d’information entre ces acteurs et cela a eu un impact négatif sur les budgets successifs du secteur et a affecté sérieusement la qualité des prestations de soins, en particulier dans le secteur public, les autorités publiques ont élaboré un cadre législatif et institutionnel depuis une dizaine d'années pour lutter contre la corruption dans l'administration algérienne, mais l'efficacité de ces lois et institutions reste limitée, ce qui incite tous les acteurs à fournir plus d’efforts dans le secteur de la santé et d'intégrer les autres secteurs pour détecter la corruption et réduire ses risques.
