|a إن من بين الأدوات التحليلية التي تظهر وضعية الاقتصاد واقترابه من حالة التشغيل الكامل نجد: منحنى بيفريدج والممثل بمعدلين أساسين في سوق العمل: معدل البطالة ومعدل المناصب الشاغرة. نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التحقق من صلاحية علاقة بيفريدج والتي تنص على وجود علاقة عكسية بين معدل البطالة معدل المناصب الشاغرة عن طريق دراسة قياسية تمتد خلال الفترة (1990 – 2015)، حيث تتيح لنا دراسة هذه العلاقة معرفة مدى فاعلية عملية المطابقة في سوق الشغل يتوافق مع العلاقة النظرية لبيفريدج، كما تم التوصل إلى أن سياسات التشغيل المتبعة في الجزائر كانت فعالة خلال الفترة (197 -2006) و ( 2007- 2014).

|b Among the analytical tools that detect the state of the economy there is: Beveridge curve wich Represented by two main rates in the labor market: "unemployment rate" and "vacancy rate". We aim through this search to verify the validity of the relationship Beveridge which provides for a negative relationship between the unemployment rate and the vacancy rate by using a econometric study extends from 1990 to 2015 .This relationship allow us to know the effectivity of the matching process in the Algerian labor market. The paper concluded that there was a negative relationship between the unemployment rate and the vacancy rate, which is consistent with the theoretical relationship of Beveridge. It was also found that the operational policies adopted in Algeria were effective during the period (1997- 2006) and (2007-2014).
