المستخلص: Provisions of Islamic Sharia gave high importance on the woman affairs where these provisions concentrate on this issue aiming to achieve the purposes of this true religion, and brings her happiness in the Hereafter, including the provisions relating to women rules, in terms of how to perform the acts of worship, the associated provisions of the dress handshaking in, greeting, looking at them as well as being alone with them, and the provisions of the Iddat-related them. This study aimed to gather provisions which described those subjects, in addition to these provisions intended to remove the embarrassment and discomfort for these subjects, besides, Islamic Sharia confirmed that there are no entrust religious tasks to the women, unless the provisions commensurate with their capabilities, provided to be away from the discord and mistrust, as the legislator has permitted their mitigation of dress, along with allowing the women to handshake in greeting others otherwise, likely not allowed, as well the Iddatrelated is due to them like any other women.

اهتمت الشريعة الإسلامية بالمرأة، وفصلت لها الأحكام بما يحقق مقاصد هذا الدين الحنيف، ويجلب لها السعادة في الدارين، ومن ذلك الأحكام المتعلقة بالقواعد من النساء، من حيث كيفية أداء العبادات، وما يرتبط بأحكام اللباس والمصافحة، فكانت هذه الدراسة لتجمع الأحكام الموضحة لتلك الموضوعات، وتبين أن الأحكام جاءت لتدفع الحرج والمشقة عن العباد، وأن لا تكليف للقواعد من النساء إلا بما يتناسب مع قدراتهن، بشرط البعد عن الفتن والريبة، فأباح الشارع لهن التخفيف من اللباس، وفي جواز المصافحة خلاف، الراجح عدم الجواز.
