لقد شكل العمل الجمعوي مجالا خصبا لاستقطاب المرأة وانخراطها فيه، وذلك بالنظر إلى ما يتيحه هذا الأخير من إمكانات مهمة للفعل والمشاركة والاشتغال، وفي هذا السياق أقدمت المرأة الحسانية على الانخراط في العمل الجمعوي بكل دينامية تبعا لميولاتها وانشغالاتها المتعددة الثقافية والاجتماعية والمهنية سواء إلى جانب الرجل أو انحصارا على رفيقاتها من النسوة، بيد أن هذه الخيارات الجديدة أو الاتجاهات المتعددة التي اتخذها حضور المرأة الحسانية في العمل الجمعوي ودينامية النسيج، والذي يعبر عن حركية تنامي وعيها الجمعوي لم يكن لينحصر في مجال معين أو في ميدان خاص إلا عند بداية ظهور تأسيس الجمعيات، وهذا ما يفيد ويؤكد على أن اشتغال المرأة الحسانية قد هم مجموعة من المجالات المختلفة الثقافية والاجتماعية والرياضية والفنية والاقتصادية التنموية. Le travail de l'association a été un terrain fertile pour attirer et engager les femmes, compte tenu du potentiel d'action, de participation et de travail des femmes dans ce contexte, les femmes d'Hassania ont rejoint le travail collectif de façon dynamique selon leurs préoccupations multiculturelles, sociales et professionnelles.
