المستخلص: يهدف تحقيق المسائل وتمحيصها، ونسبة الآراء إلى قائلها كان هذا البحث الذي يهتم بتحقيق مسألة من مسائل النحو عند سيبويه، فبحث في تحقيق رأي سيبويه في (إن) النافية بين الإعمال والإهمال، وما ذاك إلا لخلاف النحاة في رأي سيبويه فيها، بين من يرى أن مذهبه فيها الإهمال، وآخر يذهب إلى أن رأي سيبويه فيها هو الإعمال, فاجتهدت مستعينا - بعد الله- بنصوص الكتاب، وشروحه وأقوال النحاة. فأثبت بداية أقوال من نقل من النحاة الخلاف في رأي سيبويه فيها، ثم عرضت أقوال النحاة في رأي سيبويه في هذه المسألة إعمالا أو إهمالا، وأدلتهم التي اعتمدوها لتقرير مذهبه رحمه الله، مناقشا لهم في بعضها، ومعقبا عليهم في الأخرى، ثم رجحت ما ظهر في أنه ا لأقرب إلى رأي سيبويه، مؤيدا ما ذهبت إليه بجملة من الأدلة.

Aiming at of the investigation and examination of the issues, and attributing the opinions to their holder, we find this research, which is interested in ascertaining the issue of grammar matters at Sibweih, he has sought to achieve the opinion of sibweih of (n) that negates between the actions and the neglect and that is only to the disagreement of the grammarians in the opinion of Sibweih of it, Among those who see his doctrine as neglect, and another goes to the view of Sibweih that it is reinforcement . I tried hard - after God help – to study the texts of the book, and its explanations and the words of the grammarians. I confirmed the beginning of the words which have been transferred by the grammarians who are into collision with the opinion of Sibweih in it , then presented the sayings of the grammarians in the opinion of Sibweih on this matter, act or negligence, , and the evidences which they adopted to determine his doctrine Allah bless his soul, discussing them in some of it, and commenting on them on the other, and then I guessed what had appeared to me that he was the closest to the opinion of Sibweih, in support of what I went to with a series of evidences.
