Le troisième sexe se compose de trois catégorie: la personne intersexe ou hermaphrodite, hétérosexual et transsexual ou Transgenre
Quel est le statut juridique du Troisième sexe? Au droit islamique et Egyptien, il n’ ya que le mâle et la femelle. Au droit Français. un jugement tout récent admet du sexe neuter mais la cour d’appel et la cour de la cassation ont refusé le Troisième sexe.
Certains Pays reconnaissent le Troisième sexe comme; Australie, Inde, Suède, Allemagne et Népal.
La reconnaissance juridique du Troisième sexe pose des problèms juridique épineux ? Le sexe neuter peut se marier? Au droit islamique et Egyptien c’est impossible. Au droit Français, Le mariage est contracté par deux personnes de sexe différent ou de même sexe.
L’ héritage au droit islamique et Egyptien dépende en ce qui concerne les décendants de sexe des héritiers. Par contre, en droit Français la loi adopte la d’égalité des parts successorales le mâle et la femelle.

Some countries recognize the third sex as; Australia, India, Sweden, Germany and Nepal.
Legal recognition of the third sex poses difficult legal problems? Can neutral sex get married? In Islamic and Egyptian law, it is impossible. In French law, marriage is contracted by two persons of different sex or same sex.
The legacy of Islamic and Egyptian law depends on the sex offenders of the heirs. On the other hand, in French law, the law adopts the equality of the inheritance parts, the male and the female.
