المستخلص: يتحدد تأثير متغير الملكية وتأثيره على السياسة التحريرية من خلال حرية الصحافة باعتبار أن الملكية هي التي تحدد مساحة الحرية السائدة في المجتمع، فحرية الصحافة تتحقق في شكل الملكية التي يقررها مذهبه أو نظامه، وتتجسد في النظرية الإعلامية التي يعكسها مجتمعة.
وتشير معظم تجارب الصحافة المصرية إلى أن النظام الصحفي المصري يقوم على نوع من الازدواجية، وافتقاده الاستناد إلى نظرية محددة تحكم العلاقة بين الصحافة والسلطة السياسية، وإن كان المفهوم السلطوي قد احتل المكانة الأساسية في كل تجارب الصحافة المصرية مع بعض التداخل من نظريات ومفاهيم أخرى مثل المفهوم الليبرالي أو المفهوم الاشتراكي، فمن حيث التحكم في طريقة إصدار الصحف وملكية الدولة للمؤسسات الصحفية القومية، وبعض ممارسات الصحف القومية، يبدو النظام الصحفي المصري أقرب إلى النظام الصحفي السلطوي أو الموجه، بينما يبدو هذا النظام أقرب إلى النظام الصحفي الليبرالي من خلال إطلاق حرية الأحزاب في إصدار الصحف، واستقلال الصحف الحزبية عن السلطة السياسية، والسماح للشركات المساهمة في إصدار الصحف، وعدم خضوع الصحف بوجه عام للرقابة قبل النشر، واتساع نطاق النقد في الصحف الحزبية المعارضة والصحف الخاصة.


The freedom of the press determines the influence of the ownership variable, and its impact on editorial policy as ownership determines the area of freedom prevailing in the society. Freedom of the press is realized in the form of ownership determined by its doctrine or system and is reflected in the media theory that it reflects together.
Most experiences in the Egyptian press indicate that the Egyptian press system is based on a kind of the duplication, and lacks a specific theory governing the relationship between the press and the political power. However, the authoritarian concept has occupied the main place in all Egyptian journalism experiences, with some overlap from other theories and concepts such as the liberal concept or the socialist concept. In terms of controlling the way newspapers are issued, state ownership of national press institutions, and certain practices of national newspapers, the Egyptian press system seems closer to the authoritarian or directed press system. While this system seems closer to the liberal press system, as the parties have the freedom to issue newspapers and the independence of party newspapers from political power, the joint-stock companies being allowed to issue newspapers, the newspapers generally not being subject to censorship prior to publication, and widespread criticism in opposition party newspapers and private newspapers.
