|b This study discusses the Islamic financial system and its applications in Egypt. The introductory chapter of the study includes the definition of (BAYET AL-MAAL), its establishment and its purposes and aims. In the first chapter, the researcher manifests the financial incomes in Islamic religion, while in the second chapter he introduces the expenses of (BAYET AL-MAAL). In the third chapter, the researcher highlights the importance of Islamic supervision showing the great effects of all preceding rules upon the prevailing circumstances in Egypt during the Islamic era. The study concluded that the Islamic financial system has been and stills a model to be followed in all ages and places to deal with any problem that may confront society. In addition, this system is characterized by discipline and balance, the thing that helps a lot in determining the country's incomes and expenses in a way that keeps things balanced and controlled. Believing in all the preceding conclusions, and convinced with the usefulness of applying all Islamic financial rules and strategies, the researcher strongly recommends the system to be applied in the country, especially under the current circumstances that witness an international financial crisis. |a تتناول هذه الدراسة النظام المالي في الإسلام وتطبيقاته في مصر الإسلامية بحيث تناولت مفهوم بيت المال ونشأته ووظائفه في مبحث تمهيدي، وبيان الإيرادات المالية في الإسلام في مبحث أول، ونفقات ومصارف بيت المال في الإسلام في مبحث ثان، والرقابة المالية في الإسلام في مبحث ثالث، مع بيان تطبيقات ذلك على الوضع الذي كان سائدا في مصر إبان الحكم الإسلامي لها وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن النظام المالي الإسلامي كان ولا زال يشكل النموذج الذي يحتذى به في كل زمان ومكان لحل كافة المشاكل التي قد تواجه المجتمع، إلى جانب أن هذا النظام يتسم بنوع من الاتزان والانضباط مما ساعد بشكل كبير على تحديد موارد الدولة ونفقاتها بالشكل الذي جعل كفتي الميزان متساويتان لا ترجيح لأحدهما على الأخرى، مما حدا بالباحث إلى التوصية بإتباع القواعد المطبقة في النظام المالي الإسلامي حتى يكون هو النظام السائد في الدولة، لا سيما في ظل الأوضاع الحالية والتي تشهد أزمة مالية عالمية عجز الخبراء والمختصين والساسة والاقتصاديين عن حلها.
