المستخلص: L’objectif de l’efficacité énergétique consiste à produire les mêmes biens ou services, mais en utilisant le moins d’énergie possible. Cette idée contient des actions qui privilégient le recours aux formes d’énergie les mieux adaptées aux différents usages et nécessitant la modification des comportements et l’amélioration des équipements.
Concernant Le développement des énergies renouvelables en Algérie revêt un intérêt particulier pour les pouvoirs publics qui tendent de donner un nouvel essor à ce secteur en vue de les substituer aux énergies fossiles dont les ressources se font de plus en plus rares.
Pour la mise en œuvre et la concrétisation des plans et des objectifs arrêtés, les pouvoirs publics ont procédé à l’adoption d’un cadre juridique favorable, la création d’une multitude d’organismes oeuvrant dans ce secteur et le lancement d’importants projets.

The goal of energy efficiency is producing the same goods or services, but through using as little energy as possible. This idea contains procedures that prefer the use of forms of energy best adapted to different uses and that require behavior modification and equipment improvement.
Concerning the development of renewable energies in Algeria is of particular interest for the public authorities, which tend to give a new boost to this sector with the aim of replacing them with fossil fuels as these resources are becoming increasingly scarce.
For the implementation and application of the plans and objectives, the government has adopted a favorable legal framework, the creation of a multitude of organizations working in this sector and the launch of important projects.
