المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث البناء الفني لرسائل قابوس بن وشمكير تلك الرسائل التي قام بها عبد الرحمن اليزدادي بجمعها في كتاب اسماه (كمال البلاغة). والبنية لغة هي نقيض الهدم، وبنية الكلام صياغته ووضع ألفاظه ورصف عباراته. أما في الاصطلاح فهي تعني مجموعة العلاقات المعقودة بكل عنصر داخل النسق. ويمكن تحديد عناصر البناء الفني لرسائل قابوس بن شمكير بثلاثة عناصر هي: 1-المطلع أو الابتداء. 2-التخلص والغرض. 3-الخاتمة أو الختام. وفيما يأتي تفصيل لتلك العناصر في رسائل قابوس بن شمكير إذ درج الكتاب في كتابتها على وفق ضوابط ينبغي التفصيل فيها.
