المستخلص: لقد أصبحت المدرسة البيت الثاني لعملية التنشئة الاجتماعية والتزود بالمعرفة وبالمعلومات الحياتية التي تتطلبها عملية التكيف مع مقتضيات الحياة الاجتماعية، وعلى ما يبدو إن الاهتمام بالمشاكل والصعوبات التي تواجه التلاميذ/ الطلبة داخل المدرسة وخارجها وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها ضمان لعدم تفاقمها وإقرارها لنتائج سلبية كان لها الأثر السيئ على حاضر التلميذ/ الطالب ومستقبله، ولن تستطيع المدرسة أن تنهض بأعبائها وواجباتها على أفضل وجه إلا في ظل تعاون وثيق مع الأسرة والتي هي المؤسسة الأولى للطفل. إذ تعد الأسرة من أهم المؤسسات المجتمعية التي يمكن أن تقيم علاقة شراكة مع المدرسة، إذ أن الآباء أو الوالدين معا هم المسؤولون بالدرجة الأولى عن أبنائهم، إذ إن الآباء أو الوالدين معا يؤدون دورا محوريا مع المعلمين في تعلم أبنائهم وعلى وجه التحديد، عندما يعملون سويا بفعالية وبتخطيط سليم فإنهم بلا شك يسهمون في تحقيق الأهداف التربوية والتعليمية، وعلى وفق ذلك تعد مجالس أولياء التلاميذ والمعلمين المنسق الفعلي بين الأسرة والمدرسة وذلك بما تقوم به من مهام تساعد التلاميذ/ الطلبة في تخطي مشكلاتهم وتوجيههم بما يتلاءم وقدراتهم واستعداداتهم التربوية والتعليمية، فضلا عن كونها تدابير أو إجراءات اجتماعية أوجدتها التحديات الحضارية للتغلب على المعوقات التي تواجه العملية التربوية التعليمية وإيجاد نوع من التفاهمات لتذليل المعوقات التي تقف إمام تحقيق الأهداف التربوية والتعليمية، فمجالس أولياء التلاميذ/ الطلبة تستطيع ضمن الصلاحية القانونية إذا تم تفعيلها أن تعمل على خلق استراتيجية للتعاون والتفاعل بين الأسرة والمدرسة من خلال الدعم المادي والمعنوي والتربوي الذي تقوم به فضلا عن إمكانياتها من خلال الدور الهام الذي تقوم به في سبيل تنمية الاتجاهات الصحيحة للوالدين نحو الأبناء وتحسين وسائل الراحة في المدرسة ورفع مستوى العناية بالتلميذ/ الطالب والاهتمام بصحته، فضلا عن مساعدة المدرسة في حل الكثير من المشكلات المتعلقة بالنظام المدرسي والانقطاع أو التأخر عن المدرسة، من دون أن ننسى أهم دور تقوم به مجالس أولياء التلاميذ/ الطلبة وهو تحقيق التعاون والتفاعل بين الأسرة والمدرسة.

The school has become the second home of the process of socialization and provides the knowledge and life information required by the process of adapting to the requirements of social life. Attention to the problems and difficulties faced by pupils/students inside and outside school and finding appropriate solutions to them ensures that they do not aggravate. Adopting the negative consequences of these problems will have a bad impact on the present and future of the pupil/student. School can best discharge its duties and burdens only in close cooperation with the family, which is the child's first institution. The family is one of the most important community institutions that can establish a partnership relationship with the school. Parents are primarily responsible for their children; they play a pivotal role with teachers in the learning of their children, specifically when they work together effectively and with proper planning, they undoubtedly contribute to the achievement of educational goals. Accordingly, the councils of parents of pupils and teachers are the effective coordination between the family and the school, with their tasks that help students overcome their problems and guide them in accordance with their abilities and educational preparations in addition to being social measures or actions created by civilized challenges to overcome the obstacles facing the educational process and to find some kind of understandings to overcome the obstacles that stand in the achievement of educational goals. The councils of guardians of students can, within the legal authority, if activated, work to create a strategy for cooperation and interaction between the family and the school through the material, moral, and educational support they carry out in addition to their potential through the important role they play in developing the correct directions of parents towards children, improving school amenities, and raising the level of care for the pupil and caring for their health as well as helping the school solve many problems related to the school system and dropping out or being late for school. We should not forget the most important role played by the councils of guardians of students, i.e., achieving cooperation and interaction between family and school.
