المستخلص: This study examines the process of integrating human rights education into Moroccan university institutions' curricula, a choice that falls within the context of the global interest in human rights education and training, and the profound human rights reforms that Morocco has undergone in the last two decades. The study attempts to measure the degree to which human rights education is integrated across universities since the dissemination of a culture of human rights is an essential entry point for the effective protection of human rights.

تتناول هذه الدراسة رصد مسار إدماج تعليم حقوق الإنسان في مناهج المؤسسات الجامعية المغربية، وهو اختيار يندرج في سياق الاهتمام العالمي بالتثقيف والتدريب في ميدان حقوق الإنسان، وفي إطار الإصلاحات الحقوقية العميقة التي شهدها المغرب في العقدين الأخيرين. وتحاول هذه الدراسة قياس درجة إدماج تدريس حقوق الإنسان بالنسبة لمختلف المسالك الجامعية، باعتبار أن نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان يعد مدخلاً أساسياً لتوفير حماية فعلية لهذه الحقوق.

Cette étude traite l'intégration de l'éducation aux droits de l'Homme dans les cursus universitaires marocains, un choix qui s'inscrit dans le contexte international de l'éducation et de la formation aux droits de l'homme et les profondes réformes que le Maroc a entrepris ces deux dernières décennies dans le domaine des droits de l'Homme ; en essayant de démontrer le degré de l'intégration de l'éducation aux droits de l'Homme à tous les niveaux de l’enseignement universitaire, considérant que la culture des droits humains est la base de la protection effective de ces droits.
