Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة إدارة الحضانات لدورهم في منطقة القدس من وجهة نظر الحاضنات.، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (162) حاضنة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده (660 ) حاضنة، وطورت الباحثة أداة الدراسة (استبانة) وتكونت من (50) فقرة، توزعت على خمسة مجالات، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن: - ممارسة إدارة الحضانات من وجهة نظر الحاضنات قد جاءت بدرجة منخفضة ولجميع المجالات عدا مجال الإيمان بأهداف وزارة التربية والتعليم فقد كان متوسطا. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ) في درجة ممارسة إدارة الحضانات تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، لصالح الحاضنات ذوات الخبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات). - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ) في درجة ممارسة إدارة الحضانات تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، لصالج الحاضنات الحاصلات على درجة البكالوريوس. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام أكثر بالحاضنات في منطقة القدس، وتشجيع المعلمات للحصول على مؤهلات علمية عليا.

The study aimed to reveal the degree of the practice of nursery management in the Jerusalem area from the point of view of incubators. The study sample consisted of (162) incubators randomly selected from the study population of (660) incubators. The researcher developed the study tool (questionnaire) Paragraph, divided into five areas, and was verified the validity and stability. The results of the study showed that: - The degree of the practice of incubator management from the point of view of incubators has reached a low level and for all areas except the field of faith in the objectives of the Ministry of Education was average - There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (  0.05) in the practice of nursery management due to the variable of experience, in favor of incubators with experience (more than 10 years) - There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (  0.05) in the practice of nursery management due to the variable of scientific qualification, in favor of incubators with a bachelor's degree. The study recommended more attention to incubators in the Jerusalem area, and encourage teachers to obtain higher academic qualifications.
