المستخلص: تعاون الأجهزة العليا للرقابة علي الأموال العامة أدي إلى خلق منظمة دولية متميزة – المنظمة الدولية للأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية- تحتوي علي منظمات جهوية كالافروساي لإفريقيا. تمكنت هذه المنظمة الانتوساي من التنمية والمحافظة على نظام متماسك وشامل للقواعد والمعايير المهنية. إن مهنة أو إضفاء الطابع المهني على الأجهزة العليا للرقابة للدول يتبع لتوجه هذه المنظومة ويشكل في حد ذاته أداة شفافة للتشخيص الأداء العالمي، من خلال تبني مقاربة مقارنة في تقييم قدرات هذه الأجهزة العليا

The cooperation of the Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) has created a specific international organization "INTOSAI - International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions" with regional organizations such as AFROSAI for Africa. This organization has developed and maintained a coherent and comprehensive system of professional standards and standards. The professionalization of the SAIs of the States follows this system and is a transparent tool of global diagnosis of the performance through the adoption of a comparative approach of assessment of the capacities of the SAIs.

La coopération des Institutions Supérieurs de Contrôle (ISC) des finances publiques â crée une organisation spécifique internationale « INTOSAI - International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions » avec des organisations régionales comme AFROSAI pour l'Afrique. Cette organisation a développé et maintenu un système cohérent et complet de normes et standards professionnels. La professionnalisation des ISC des Etats suit ce système, et constitue un outil transparent de diagnostic mondial de la performance à travers l'adoption d'une approche comparative d'évaluation des capacités des ISC.
