المستخلص: لتجديد الفقه الإسلامي طريق متبع، وأسلوب خاص، به – ومعه – تكون السياسة شرعية، والمصلحة حقيقية، والفتوى مدروسة، وقد علمتنا تجربة السنين أن الأسئلة لا تجد إجاباتها إلا في المخزون الفقهي، أو بأدواته التي تنبثق عن النموذج المعرفي الإسلامي، الذي يجعل التكليف والأوامر الإلهية أساسا للاعتقاد والسلوك، غير أننا مطالبون بإعادة صياغة تكشف عن هذا النموذج كشفا يخاطب الحاضر، ويجابه مشكلاته، بعيدا عن المتاهات غير المجدية، وتحرزا من أوحال الواقع المزرية، وصولا إلي إنتاج جمل مفيدة لنا، وفق مصالحنا الحقة، ولا يضيرنا أن تبدو مخالفة لجمل غيرنا الذي عدته إليه مصالحه، أو أرداه إليها هواه.

The renewal of the Islamic Fiqh (jurisprudence) is a pursued path and specific approach, by and with which, legitimate politics, the true interest (Maslahah) and deliberated verdicts, come into being. The experience of years has taught us that the questions do not find their answers unless it is through the jurisprudent inventory or through its tools which emanate from the Islamic knowledge model, which makes legal responsibility and the divine commands, a basis for the belief and conduct. However, we have been required to review the form that reveals this model in a manner that addresses the present and confronts its problems. That is in a manner far removed from the futile bafflements and is heedful of the mires of the wretched reality, thus arriving to the production of propositions which are beneficial for us, according to our true interests. That is whilst it does not harm us that they appear to be contrary to the propositions of others, which have been considered to be in their interests or which their desires have led to.
