|a إن المتأمل للواقع الاجتماعي للمجتمع الجزائري حجم التغيرات التي مست أنساق بنائه الاجتماعي والثقافي وألقيمي والفكري الاقتصادي والسياسي والتي انعكست بشكل وواضح على المستوي الفردي والاجتماعي وحتى على منظومة القيم وعلى بنية الزواج ولعل من أبرز التغيرات التي مست بنية الزواج ظاهرة الطلاق اذ يعتبر الطلاق من الظواهر الاجتماعية لارتباطها الوثيق بحركة العلاقات الاجتماعية والتفاعل الاجتماعي السائدة بين الأفراد والجماعات والتي تتحكم فيها مجموعة من العوامل والمؤثرات الداخلية والخارجية.
