المستخلص: يعد العنف بشكل عام مشكلة الساعة في جميع مجتمعات اليوم، حيث يعتبر ظاهرة عامة مست كافة الدول والمجتمعات بغير استثناء ، فأضحى العنف أحد حقائق العصر، إذ اجتاح العالم موجة كبيرة من العنف تهدد أمنه وتزعزع استقراره وتجعل المجتمعات تعيش في حالة من القلق وحيرة إزاء هذه الظاهرة، حيث أصبح يمارس بأشكال جديدة تعددت وجوهه ، حيث يعتبر مشكلة اجتماعية وصحية، اقتصادية وثقافية في الوقت نفسه والعنف من أهم مسببات التفكك الأسري الذى غالبا ما تكون نتائجه وخيمة على كافة أفراد الأسرة وخاصة الأطفال فالعنف ظاهرة قديمة قدم الإنسان فمند القديم والإنسان يمارس أشكال وأساليب متعددة من العنف بصورة المختلفة ، فمع مطلع القرن الواحد والعشرين مع كل ما حققه الإنسان من التقدم الهائل في كافة الأصعدة والمجالات الحياتية ومع ما يعيشه إنسان اليوم في عصر الحداثة والعولمة والتطور لكن لم يستطع هدا التقدم أن يقدم للبشرية جمعاء الأمن؛ إذ تبقى هناك الكثير من مظاهر الهمجية عالقة ومترسخة في النفس البشرية وكأنها تأبى أن تنفض دلك عنها وظاهرة العنف عامة من النوع الذى يحمل هذا الطابع؛ إذ أنها تهدد المنجزات التي حققها الإنسان خلال السنوات الماضية والأسوأ من ذلك والأسوأ من ذلك كله عندما يتعدى ويمتد هدا العنف إلى الفئات الضعيفة في المجتمع.

La violence en général est le problème de l'horloge dans toutes les sociétés d'aujourd'hui, où il s'agit d'un phénomène général qui a touché toutes les Nations et les sociétés sans exception, révélant la violence comme l'un des faits de l'époque, comme le monde a balayé une grande vague de violence menaçant sa sécurité et de déstabilisation et de faire vivre les sociétés dans un état d'anxiété et d'incertitude sur ce phénomène, où Il est devenu pratique dans des formes nouvelles et multiforme, comme il s'agit d'un problème social et de santé, tant économique que culturel, et la violence est l'une des causes les plus importantes de la désintégration des prisonniers, dont les conséquences sont souvent désastreuses pour tous les membres de la famille, en particulier les enfants, la violence est un vieux phénomène qui a donné aux vieillard et diverses méthodes de violence d'une manière différente, à l'aube du XXIe siècle avec tout ce que l'homme a accompli des progrès énormes à tous les niveaux et sphères de la vie et avec ce qu'un être humain vit aujourd'hui à l'ère de la modernité, la mondialisation et le développement, mais ce progrès n'a pas été en mesure de fournir Car toute l'humanité est en sécurité car il reste de nombreuses manifestations de barbarie qui sont persistantes et enracinées dans l'âme humaine comme si elle ne doit pas être désincarnée. Le phénomène de la violence est généralement de nature à menacer les réalisations de la personne humaine au cours des dernières années et, pire encore, lorsque cette violence s'étend aux groupes vulnérables de la société.

Violence is generally considered to be the problem of the hour in all societies today, as it is regarded to be a phenomenon which has touched all states and societies without exception. Violence has become one of the truths of the age as a major wave of violence has swept over the world, threatening its security and shaking its stability; making the societies live in a state of anxiety and bewilderment as a result of this phenomenon. That is as violence has come to be practiced with new forms with various faces, where it is regarded to be a social, health, economic and cultural problem, all at once. Violence is one of the most significant causes of family breakup, the results of which are in most cases grave upon all of the members of the family and especially the children. Violence is an old phenomenon as old as man’s existence himself. Since ancient times man has been practicing various shapes and styles of violence, with its differing forms. At the dawn of the 21st century, with all that man has accomplished in terms of enormous progress upon all levels and life’s fields, and with what man lives today in this age of modernity, globalization and development, this progress has nevertheless not been able to bring security to mankind, as a whole. That is as many manifestations of barbarism remain attached and entrenched in mankind’s psyche. It is as if humanity refuses to discard it from itself. The phenomenon of violence is in general of the type characterized by this imprint, as it threatens the accomplishments which man has realized throughout the last years and worse than all of that, this violence spreads and extends to the weakest groups within society.
