المستخلص: Joining the World Trade Organization (WTO) represents adherence to all of its agreements, including the Agreement on Agriculture and the related agreements on agricultural trade. This makes the Algerian agricultural sector face several challenges in terms of these agreements and requires the Algerian authorities to take future measures at the local level and others at the level of exceptions and the special treatment granted by the Organization to developing countries, and at the regional and international level by joining regional and international blocs to benefit from the privileges granted by the Organization to these blocs, thereby strengthening her negotiating position.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

يمثل الانضمام إلى المنظمة العالمية للتجارة الالتزام بكل اتفاقياتها، منها اتفاقية الزراعة والاتفاقيات ذات الصلة بالتجارة الزراعية، مما يجعل القطاع الزراعي الجزائري يواجه عدة تحديات على مستوى هذه الاتفاقيات، الأمر الذي يتطلب من السلطات الجزائرية اتخاذ إجراءات مستقبلية على المستوى المحلي، وأخرى على مستوى الاستثناءات والمعاملة الخاصة الممنوحة من قبل المنظمة للدول النامية، وأخرى على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي من خلال الانضمام إلى التكتلات الإقليمية والدولية للاستفادة من الامتيازات التي تمنحها المنظمة لهذه التكتلات، مما يؤدي إلى تقوية الموقف التفاوضي لها .

Représente l'adhésion à l'Organisation mondiale du commerce engagement à tous ses accords,Compris l'Accord sur l'agriculture et les accords liés au commerce des produits agricoles,Ce qui rend le secteur agricole algérien confrontée à plusieurs défis de ces accords,qui ce oblige les autorités algériennes à prendre des mesures futures au niveau local, Et l'autre au niveau des exceptions et le traitement spécial accordé par l'Organisation pour les pays en développement, Et d'autres niveaux régional et international en rejoignant des blocs régionaux et internationaux, et activé afin de tirer parti des privilèges accordés par l'organisation de ces blocs,ce qui conduit à bénéficier des avantages comparatifs, et renforce sa position de négociation .
