|a لقد تعرضت العديد من الدول النفطية وخاصة منها الجزائر إلى العديد من الأزمات الاقتصادية الحادة بسبب انهيار أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية ومن أهمها أزمة 2014. ويرجع هذا إلى اعتماد الدولة على الإيرادات النفطية في تمويل الاقتصاد الوطني، وعدم تميز الاقتصاد بالتنوع. لهذا نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن أفضل السبل والاستراتيجيات من أجل التنويع في الاقتصادي الوطني، مع الارتكاز على سياسة تنويع الصادرات، وإحلال الواردات، وتشابك القطاعات الاقتصادية.

|d De nombreux pays pétroliers, en particulier l'Algérie, ont été touchés par plusieurs crises économiques graves dues à l'effondrement des prix du pétrole sur les marches mondiaux, notamment la crise de 2014. Cela est dû à la dépendance de l'Etat sur les revenus pétroliers pour financer l'économie nationale et le manque de diversification de l'économie. L'objectif de cette étude est de rechercher les meilleurs moyens et stratégies de diversification dans l'économie nationale, en se basant sur la politique de diversification des exportations, de substitution des importations et d'entrelacement des secteurs économiques.

|b Many oil countries, especially Algeria, have been hit by several severe economic crises due to the collapse of oil prices in world markets. The most important of these is the crisis of 2014. This is due to the state's reliance on oil revenues to finance the national economy and the economy's lack of diversification. The aim of this study is to look for the best ways and strategies for diversification in the national economy, based on the policy of export diversification, import substitution, and the intertwining of economic sectors.
